I .have a set of images that I collected from various sites! Each one of them teaches us a different spelling rule. There are 30 images in my collection now. I’m going to share with you one at a time! The images are not that clear, thus making it illegible! I decided to rewrite the text for you! Here's the first one:
SPELLING RULE #1
When a word ends with a short vowel followed .by a consonant, double the last consonant before adding ‘ed’
The girls skip. The girls skipped.

These are five words that follow this spelling rule :
1- Chop / tʃɒp / - chopped .
2-Plan / plæn / - planned .
3- Stop / stɒp / - stopped .
4-Plot / plɒt / - plotted .
5- Fur / fɜː(r) / (noun) - furred / fɜːd / ( adjective ) .
