Hi friends,

Let's talk about fruits. If you like, please answer one, two or all the following questions;

1. What are expensive fruits in your country?

2. What are cheap fruits in your country?

3. What are more beautiful fruits to you?

4. What is your favorite fruit?

Here are my answers:

1. Expensive fruits; pineapple, mango, coconut

2. Cheap fruits; apple, orange, tangerine

3. More beautiful fruits; strawberry, cherry

4. favorite fruits; peach, apricot

      Hi Tam,

      Yes, grapes are very delicious and beautiful, a fruit basket without grapes is not beautiful. BTW, in Iran and Turkey people use grapes leaves in a kind of food (Dolme)

    Hello!!

    Here in Brazil:

    Expensive fruits: mango, kiwi, peach, guava, papaya, watermelon, melon, strawberry, cashew.

    Cheap fruits: banana, apple, orange.

    More beautiful fruits: strawberry and cashew.

    My favorite fruits are pineapple, grape and mango.

    I also like to eat cashew nuts.

      Hi Joseane,

      Cashew nuts are expensive in Iran too, we call them Indian nuts; but I haven't any information about cashew fruit, your comment is very interesting to me, and it aroused my curiosity; I searched about cashew fruit in the net and learned many things. I put this  photo of cashew fruit for other EC members.

      Hi,

      There are many cashew in Vietnam but cashew nuts quite expensive. One more information I want to share is people only can eat cashew nuts but they don't eat cashew fruits. :) .I send for you some cashew nuts as the picture below :)

      You're welcome!! I’m glad to know that!!

      Cashew is expensive just in some Brazilian regions as the southeastern (it’s where I live), but where I was born it was very cheap. I don't like to eat the fruit, but the sweet my mother does is delicious, actually it’s my favorite.

    In my country (Vietnam - a tropical country so we have many kind of tropical fruits)

    - Expensive fruits: durian, grapefruit, strawberry

    - Cheap fruits: watermelon, guava, coconut, lemon

    - More beautiful fruits: mango, drangon fruits

    - Favorite fruits: orange, mangosteen, apple, grape

    But if talk about import fruit, the expensive fruits is Apple, kiwi, cherry, strawbery and some other fruits.
