A Struggle of Switching Job
Last month my friend told me that he was no more enjoy working at his workplace and wanted to switch job in another place to gain different knowledge and experiment. Put aside his work on the company he still working at, he was wandering around to apply his letters and attend few job interviews until he got accepted at a company which will pay him double. When he came back to his old workplace to collect his documents and salary, that company refused to do it all because they still have an agreement letter, signed by my friend who just spent six months there, about his three years contract.

Btw, he should have thought it deeply and realized the risk that he would face before signed the contact. Anyway, this is the lesson for us.

Peppo, I'm sorry about your friend facing difficulties with his job but we must admit that he made a mistake by not reading the agreement letter between him and the company. Maybe, still there's a way out. He should consult a lawyer to see if there's any, I guess. However, I don't know much about these official matters so can't offer any valuable suggestion. I wish him good luck.
Oh, life must go on... Just need a little more time to struggle. I hope he can through it all well. Well done, Peppo! :)
