WARRANTY:

The battery set is warranted against manufacturing defect due to a faulty workmanship for a period of two years from the date of supply. If the capacity of any battery/cell falls below 87% of the specified capacity within two year of service life, the cell will be repaired free of cost or will be replaced with a new one, if it is not found economical to repair. Our warranty is subjected to proper use and maintenance of the batteries as per the laid down maintenance standard. A book of maintenance manual will be provided along with each and every cell. Please be noted that we will not entertain any claim of an unwarranted battery.

Eva,

When I read Expector's blog challenge, I was at my work place, and this warranty was before me, I at once decided to use it to my responsive blog against Expector's challenge.

I may tell you how the idea came into my mind to write BROKEN HEART, in brief, it was also in the same way.
