Let's go with the barbecue season! And this year we will grill so much that the smoke belongs to the interior setting! This is a noble goal. For the past years I have - at least felt - not enough grilled. The reasons were commuting to Berlin, long-distance relationship, no balcony, bad weather. We have long considered, weighed and researched back and forth what barbecue it will be. So far we had a small ball grill (very close to the ground) with coal and a small electric table grill review, which however no real heat development has managed. I did not want to pack the two grills separately in moving cartons to Vienna and I still gave them away in Bavaria. Clearly, Murad was initially skeptical about the heat development of a small gas grill sufficient to grill meat properly. And whether grilling with gas tastes as good as on coal. The heat development is great! The temperature can be set precisely using a knob. Let's go at 160 degrees. So low-temperature cooking is not possible, but I have to use the oven too! In order to measure the optimal core temperature for barbecue chicken and Co., we work quite well with the roasting temperature meter. So our first barbecue chicken has become a dream. Crispy outside, inside and juicy.

With the Griddle, a pans-like attachment for the Cobb gas grill, you can also grill lamb chops, fish, vegetables nicely with grill strips. With the Wok attachment we have made an outdoor fryer from the Cobb gas grill. Because the smell of fried food and fat in the apartment I find not so tingling! But with the Cobb it worked wonderfully and we have the chicken legs and vegetables for our Maqlubah fried on the terrace.

In addition, we also bought the windbreak and the barbecue chicken essay. A purchase that is absolutely worthwhile for us! We also like to use the Frying Pan, a slightly deeper pan. CLEANING AND CARE OF THE COBB GAS GRILL
The cleaning and care of the Cobb also inspire me. The stainless steel parts can be easily cleaned with a sponge and cleaning agent. The coated parts become easily clean. With the fat-collecting tray you have to scrub a bit, but with a stainless steel-topfiger goes also easily from the hand! All parts of the Cobb Gas Grill can be cleaned and cleaned with a damp cloth shortly after grilling. Thus no greasy odor is produced. Since the heat from the gas immediately after switching off, the grill cools quickly. With coal it always annoyed me that the next day the grill and the ashes still have to be cleaned.
