please find " Add a discussion" button upper in the box, after clicking on, you'll see a blank page at the window, give a title and now you can use the page for your writings & embedding the records also "copy&paste" option or "image adding" will be available
to add your recording, use third icon (Media button) from the left on the top of the comment box.Click on the media button and then embed your recording's embed code, o.k, I hope it'll help you.
