    Chinese Food
    Chinese food can be divided into eight major culinary categories,and one of the most famous is Sichuan Food.Sichuan is well-known by a big earthquake in May 12th 2008.But the reputation of Sichuan food won't fade with any changes.I've learned some local traditional skills in ChengDu and if anyone feel interested in this,get in touch with me!

    You can take a picture yourself,when you are going to prepare it next time,and share the recipe with us.
    I think it's a good idea to take pictures of your own cooked meal, illustrating that way a few difficult or interesting process by photos.
    I'm really interested in how to make good "драники",and what is it at all???

Root crops challenge

These all grow underground and are used in many recipes. See if you can name them in English and then tell us how you like to prepare them, if you wish.The orange ones on the left are common in most countries.  Those in the center are sometimes cooked along with their leaves (or greens).  Both parts are good to eat.Those on the right are not as easy to see in the photo, but are very red, even on the inside.
