Well, I have serious doubts that the concepts of this book have the claimed sources. But all of them are part of modern psychology, and if people are interested to understand those concepts I recommend reading Eric Berne's books 'What Do You Say After You Say Hello' and 'Games People Play'. Anyway, since the link doesn't lead to trading software (which can ruin people's lives) it gets a like, because sometimes it doesn't matter if people are completely honest with their stories... as long as the conveyed knowledge can be very beneficial for the receiver. ;-) Greetings!
