  Oh great question, Onee-chan. We can say 'excited to do'. For example, I was excited to see my friends. And we can be excited by or at an idea. For example, we were excited by/at the idea of a party. I can't think of a situation where I'd say "excited on' though. I'd probably say 'I was excited about the upcoming holiday'.

  Princess Diana is my forever favorite royal. She embodied elegance with simplicity and proved that you don't have to have a royal blood to serve the less fortunate individuals. The world lost a real princess with a big heart.
