    Wow, Jay is vegan! Has his health improved tremendously after changing his eating lifestyle for the last six months? I would love to try it in the future but I don't think I could give up chicken, eggs and fish. I'm a fish person! Tuna, mackerel and milkfish are some of my favorites.
