Did you know... Sunday May 17

... that today is Frisbee Pie Plate Day? In 1873, William

Russell Frisbie began to sell pies baked in pie tins embossed

with his last name. Years later in the 1940's, students at

nearby Yale University began to use the pie tins to toss

around, thereby inventing the game of frisbee. Ingenuity at

its best!

Hi, Dorris!I thought you wouldn't mind my corrections. Thanks! In fact, we are all learners here. You learn from me but I learn from you as well. I do like the discussion you've started. It is a very good idea. I am surprised that no one has replied, yet. The members of my group are active enough. As far as it is your initiative, you should encourage them and start answering the questions. It would be strange if I answer my own question myself. And I promiss to correct and explain your and others' mistakes, OK?
