Why am I not getting my photos approved?

Hello everybody, I've been trying to post new photos for about a week, but it doesn't work. I've been told that the uploading process has been successful and that I've just needed to get the photos approved. I've been waiting for about 4 days and nothing has happened.

Does anyone have an idea why?

I have another problem, I posted 3 photos on 23th Seb. The photos were posted and I got comments on them; however, after some days I've noticed that 2 of these photos were…

A tourist complimented the local fishermen

on the quality of their fish and asked

how long it took him to catch them.

"Not very long." they answered in unison.…

Do you believe in the first impression?

Many people tend to evaluate a person from the very first meeting thinking that the first impression one leaves is the most honest and shows his/her real character.Accordingly, that person will work his/her socks off to leave a good impression on the host. That's pretty recommendable and important as long as the person acts and behaves as he/ahe truly is. Unfortunately, some people misunderstand the concept and the essence…

Synchronization Saves Your Time

Tonight, when I was in the kitchen doing the chores, I noticed that I was doing some sort of synchronization. I put the milk on the stove. I set the burner so that the flame was not too much; I didn't want the boiling milk to overflow and make the stove dirty. Meanwhile the milk was slowly boiling, I started washing the dishes. But from time to time,I also kept an eye on the milk to see when it's done.

The above was a very simple example of how we can save time by doing chores…

Last Bullfight in Catalonia

Approximately 20,000 bullfighting fans turned up for a bullfight in Barcelona on Sunday. This was the last bullfight of the season and likely the last fight that will ever take place in La Monumental arena. A bullfighting ban will take effect on January 1st in Catalonia. After the…

"I would like to introduce to you a nice, but dangerous tourist site in my area: it's called Adiyanpara. It's a waterfall. Around that area you have to walk carefully as the rocks there are very slippery there. It is about 15 km away from the town. I can never forget this place in my whole life because once I fought for my life in this waterfall. At that time I had college-holidays. We planned to visit the waterfalls. There are many big and small waterfalls at that place. Nature created a…

Safety with an open heart - Keeping our heart closed to others has many negative consequences

By chance, i found this article somewhere on the net and i found it so interesting that i thought that i would share it with you here. For a few years I protected myself by closing my heart to others and, with time,  i noticed that those to whom i was closing my heart to, were just doing the same to me. So to close our heart to people is not the right.

Here is the…

My place

I think I will write about myself - that's a good idea because I can write a lot about my life. I was born in Kerala, in South India, which is close/near to your native country. My village's name is Nilambur. It's a very famous place. It's a nice forest area, full of teak trees. The world's biggest teak tree is situated here in my place. I am the eldest son in my family. My father's family was a big family. He has 6 brothers and 2 sisters. They all lived together in one house/under the same…
