Thank you so much for the nice comment and for responding to my question. I saw some photos of Pacific saury online. It's quite new to me because I haven't seen such kind of fish in my place. It looks like it belongs to the Mackerel species. I'm sure grilled fish is absolutely delicious especially if I have fresh tomatoes as side dish!

Thank you for the comment! I used Tuna fish for this kind of dish. It's a large type of fish that's why it looks like pork or lamb meat. You can use different kinds of fish to prepare this type of dish, but it's ideal to use large ones like Red snapper, Milkfish or Tuna if they are available in your country.
