    Because you are in Vietnam, ehmm. For noodle, you can use vietnam rice noddle (please choice the soft texture). For the soup, you can use chicken broth mix with crushed dried shrimp and put some finely chopped pear put a little salt, pepper and ginger. For tofu-ball, you can use egg tofu mix with chicken egg and finely chopped: onions, mushrooms,carrots and shrimps put a little salt, pepper, sugar, sesame oil, garlic. And if you like it,  you can add with soy souce, lime juice, leaf soup and fresh chilly crushed.

    When it's a rainy season, this warm model - egg tofu, so yummy...for you taste it and healthy too.
