it's hot tek - tek noodle. I found that dish at Bogor, West Java, Indonesia.I never found that dish in the other place in Indonesia, so may be it's the special dish from Bogor. it's composed by smooth noodle, seasoning sauce (spicy/unspicy), sliced of tomato, sliced of meat ball, sliced of chicken, chop of mustard, and fried onion. it'll be complete, if it's eaten with kerupuk. eat it with combining that with drink drinking water that is good for our health.
