a building that is built next to another being built ...Grammar point :The building on the right is built ,while the building on the left is being built !Well ,now a question here comes up in my mind ...which sentence that follows most suit the pic here ?1- The building on the right is built.2- The building on the right had (or has? ) been being built .Got a bit confused ...can you figure out which one suits the pic the best ? ha ?PS- I found the link below as to grammar points about passive structure !
