A bowl of Laksa, anyone?

Well, just to let you know that I can cook too, not just eat and sleep. LOLLast weekend I cooked this 'laska'. Laksa is a concoction of clear noodles, with gravy made from shredded fish

You are right Noas, As a starter meal acceptable but as a main course, no way.

BTW Generous Noas, you've served one dish and you can see long queue of candidates. we have a nice idiom of this situation

"Ek anar sau bimar"! means one food and hundred candidates. Anar means a pomegranate and sau bimar means a lot of sick persons.

Well nida, in laksa, gravy is the most important element, so it really needs to be cooked correctly. And you can never get it wrong with salad :-)
