The small plate mainly consists of flour, bananas, margarine, and honey. It is eaten first and then we go to that big plate. As for the ingredient,s you can judge. In Arabic, it is written (deserve meditation).

Hhhhhh is that the real name of that savoury dish ? Or you are just kidding

It looks delicious and I think that it is related  to Kabsa  in  way or another :)

Gamarjoba  MA NO, how are you and thanks for your question. Let me answer you with another question, is it difficult to eat sitting on the floor? It is what you used yourself to. I can eat while I sit on the floor or at a table. It is not that difficult. Could I be one of your friends? Thanks for your question.

Mashkoor ya Abu Humaid! Thanks, Ahmmed2015 for your nice comment on this big dish.  Do you believe that I have never heard or seen the peach cobbler? Is it the same as the ordinary peach? Your interventions always carry an educational background. Thanks again.

Why this yummy dish on the floor? a kind of tradition ? I've always wondered why do people eat on the floor in most of Muslim countries?

There are some dishes that every Southerner should know how to make. From barbecue and biscuits to sweet tea and peach cobbler, these recipes are staples on our dinner tables. They’re beloved classics that have been passed down through the generations. We learned these recipes from our mothers and grandmothers

Teeka assay Bet! I shall tell you. First, the small plate to the right of the picture is called (Marsa). It has other different names but this is the famous one. It is sweet because of the honey and the banana. among its ingredients. We eat it first, then we move to the big plate. Your Kebab is very delicious. I have tried it. Thanks, Bet for your nice comment on that lunch.

Co za observasiya! Thanks, Rysperski for your nice observation. I have omitted (س) from the verb (consist). Rys. I really hope to be one of your friends. I have been trying this for a long time. I hope you agree this time. Thanks again for your comment.

but how about the taste, dude? One day I purchased labanise kabab....for my taste...our kababs are more tasty....there was a kind of meat like smell...we mix more fragrant spices so it always smells better and tasty...

Lekin aap deko, bahut bara! I agree but it is very big. Here we call it Kabsa. When you look at it the first time you think you can eat it all. We were more than twelve men and we could not finish half of it. Some of them are smaller than this size. Thanks, Mishaikh for your comment.

Oi there, folks

Dara, if this lavish dish in only a small plate as you said, I can well imagine the main, BIG plate, for sure it will be worth a deeper thought than just a mere meditation. By the way, I liked your "seen" at the end of your "consists....:)
