Hi, dear Rosemary.

Here is the recipe:

Recipe for chocolate cupcakes:

((sufficient for 6 pieces. (Look at the baking dish below!)
You can also take small other baking cups or small cups.))

Ingredients for the cupcakes:

100g dark chocolate
100g of butter
80 g of sugar
2 eggs
5 g baking powder
40 g of flour
5 g of cocoa

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
First melt the butter and the chocolate.
Now, stir the 2 eggs with the sugar (with a blender) until a thick cream is formed.
Then, add the chocolate-butter mixture, the cocoa, and the flour, mixed with the baking powder, and stir well.

Now fill the baking cups a little more than half with the dough. When the oven has reached the baking temperature, put the dish in the oven and bake the cupcakes for about 10 minutes.

As topping for the cupcakes, you may take what you like. You can make a chocolate coating, but you can also take the cream of your choice, decorate it with chocolate or colorful sugar sprinkles.
I unrolled Fonant, made hearts out of a cookie cutter, and took small pieces of chocolate.

The following recipe for the mascarpone cream, as I always do, gives more cream than you need for the cupcakes. But it also tastes very good as a dessert with a berry sauce or with fruits.

Ingredients for the mascarpone cream:

250 g mascarpone
150 g quark
1 the scraped content of a vanilla pod
3-4 tablespoons of sugar (more depending on your taste)
100 ml of liquid cream
some grated Zones and/or orange peel
200 ml whipped cream

Preparation:

Put all ingredients, except the whipped cream, in a bowl and mix well with a blender.
If the cream isn't smooth enough for your taste, you can add a little more liquid cream.
Finally, add the stiff whipped cream and put it under the cream .....

Now it is done!
Good luck and enjoy trying my recipes.
