To have "enthusiasm"

10 ways to have "enthusiasm"

Be passionate
You have to have a passion for what you are doing if you want to build enthusiasm for it. You need to be excited about it as you wake up in the morning and as you go to bed at night. This passion is what will keep your enthusiasm high, Simply put, love what you do

Be grateful
One of the ways that I build my enthusiasm with my work and my business is that I always remind myself everything that it has given me. I express gratitude for all that I have and this helps me become even more excited about what I’m doing. As we go through the daily grind, it is very easy to forget about all the little things that make our life easier and comfortable. Remember all the good things that you have going on in your life and be grateful for being who you are today. This is a wonderful method to create powerful enthusiasm in your life.

Be positive
Enthusiasm cannot survive in a negative environment. If you always have negative thoughts and are always looking at the glass as half empty, you will find your enthusiasm dissipate very quickly. You need to be positive for your enthusiasm to thrive. Look on the bright side of things. and you will find yourself submerged by a wave of amazing enthusiasm that will help carry you along the way towards your goals.

Be proud
Whatever it is that you want to build enthusiasm for, make sure that you are proud of it. Talk about it with your peers, discuss it with your friends, and mention it to your family. Pride is very important to create lasting enthusiasm, as anything that is worth being proud of, is worth having enthusiasm for. Talking about anything that you are proud of builds a terrific excitement that only helps in the continuation of it in a positive direction.

Be creative
You can never have enough creativity. Enthusiasm generates creativity and creativity triggers enthusiasm. Be innovative and creative in whatever you are doing and watch your enthusiasm skyrocket. Always look for better and newer ways to go about it, always look for an easier path, and always think outside the box. Being creative is one of the fastest and most effective ways to create enthusiasm.

Be proactive
When you are the initiator, the one that makes things happen, you transform your dedication to enthusiasm seamlessly. Being proactive creates massive enthusiasm in that you promote something that you have a vested interest in, perhaps something that you are passionate about. Be the captain of the ship. Be the leader, be the inspiration, and you will notice your enthusiasm get higher and higher.

Be reasonable
The quickest way to destroy any momentum and your enthusiasm along the way is to be completely unreasonable. Be realistic and understanding…this will ensure that your enthusiasm sticks for the long haul. Being unreasonable leads to guaranteed disappointment and thus create an aura of negative energy. Building enthusiasm in such an environment is pretty much impossible. So be sure to stay logical & reasonable for your enthusiasm to survive.

Be patient
Following from my previous point about being unreasonable, the same applies to patience. Being impatient and expecting everything right away will only crush your enthusiasm when reality slaps you in the face. If you want to have long lasting enthusiasm, it is required of you to be very patient. The more patience you have, the more solid your enthusiasm will be. After all, what we want is enthusiasm that lasts a lifetime, so learn to have patience in your endeavors.

Be enlightened
Believe it or not, but you can build incredible enthusiasm with stillness. You can have amazing enthusiasm with full peace within your entire being, and living in the never-ending present moment. You do not need to be agitated to feel excitement. You can be completely still with calm and still enjoy unparalleled enthusiasm.

Be evolving
Understand that life is all about improving yourself and that you are in a constant state of evolution. Knowing that you are, each and every day, getting better and better is a wonderful way to create sheer enthusiasm. Being aware that each step, each moment has a meaning & a purpose is incredibly rewarding and builds a solid foundation on which you can stack up your enthusiasm. Always evolve, and never look back.

Own Your Mistakes

You know what they say about mistakes. Everybody makes them and you are no exception. Of course you will do what you can to avoid making a serious error, but sometimes they happen anyway. While your instinct may be to run away and hide, that is actually the worse thing you can do. Admitting your error, finding a way to fix it or at least taking an action that lessens its effects, will help restore your reputation.

Accept responsibility

It's important to accept responsibility for mistakes you may have made. Don't argue with the person who's correcting you, even if you think they're mistaken. Just say okay and that you'll pay closer attention to it in the future. You're not admitting fault, but you're not making an enemy either or being viewed as a difficult person.

Today is the first day of the month of Ramadan when Muslims

 What Is Ramadan

(The Fast of Ramadan)

Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic lunar calendar.
According to Islamic tradition, the month of Ramadan is when Allah revealed the first verses of the Qur'an, the holy book, to the prophet Muhammad. In honor of this revelation, one thirtieth of the Qur'an is read each night of Ramadan during the evening prayer. By the end of the month, the whole Qur'an has been recite

During the blessed month of Ramadan, Muslims all over the world abstain from food, drink, and other physical needs during the daylight hours. As a time to purify the soul, refocus attention on God, and practice self-sacrifice, Ramadan is much more than just not eating and drinking.

In addition to the fast, Ramadan is also a time to re-evaluate one's convictions and deeds. It is a time to mend troubled relationships, give charity, find forgiveness for others, and  helping the poor and refocus on worshipping Allah (God).

fasting is not merely physical, but is rather the total commitment of the person's body and soul to the spirit of the fast. Ramadan is a time to practice self-restraint; a time to cleanse the body and soul from impurities and re-focus one's self on the worship of God

Muslims are called upon to use this month to re-evaluate their lives in light of Islamic guidance. We are to make peace with those who have wronged us, strengthen ties with family and friends, do away with bad habits -- essentially to clean up our lives, our thoughts, and our feelings. The Arabic word for "fasting" (sawm) literally means "to refrain" - and it means not only refraining from food and drink, but from evil actions, thoughts, and words.

During Ramadan, Muslims rise before sunrise to partake in a pre-fast meal, called suhoor. Each night after sunset, they break their fast with the iftar meal

During Ramadan,
every part of the body must be restrained. The tongue must be restrained from backbiting and gossip. The eyes must restrain themselves from looking at unlawful things. The hand must not touch or take anything that does not belong to it. The ears must refrain from listening to idle talk or obscene words. The feet must refrain from going to sinful places. In such a way, every part of the body

The end of the month of Ramadan is marked with the joyous festival of Eid al-Fitr, which literally means the "Festival of Breaking the Fast." During Eid al-Fitr, families celebrate with elaborate feasts and dress in their finest clothes. At the same time, they increase their efforts to give charity to the poor and make contributions to their mosques

Some Egyptians are supporting Morse because he deceived them by Islam, but he doesn't represent the good and right Islam which means peace, love and holding good features.

This is NOT a military coup, but a real revolution. The military doesn't seek to govern the country, as long as they protects the country from threats keeping agreements with other countries around in safe. The military helps the country to be stronger until the next elections.

Be optimistic

“A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity... an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.”

“The optimist proclaims that we live in the best of all possible worlds... and the pessimist fears this is true.

“A happy person is not a person in a certain set of circumstances...but rather a person with a certain set of attitudes.”

“The closed mind is a disease. You need to have an open mind...otherwise life will just pass you by”

“The optimist lives on the peninsula of infinite possibilities... the pessimist is stranded on the island of perpetual indecision.”

“Well, you can go on looking forward," said Gandalf. "There may be many unexpected feasts ahead of you.”

In these times you have to be an optimist to open your eyes when you awake in the morning

“You have to open up to the world and learn optimism...Contentment with the past, happiness with the present, and hope for the future. Learned optimistic.”

Trust Yourself

How to Trust Yourself

Instructions

1.  Nurture yourself by eating right, exercising regularly and taking time out to relax. You can't trust yourself when you're on edge or feeling guilty. Minimize restrictive behavior by allowing yourself the occasional treat and only engaging in physical activity you really enjoy.

2. See your mistakes as gifts. They're valuable learning experiences because we learn the most from the things we do wrong. Write down the lessons you've learned from your bad experiences in your blank book and refer to them when similar situations arise

3.  Minimize your regrets. Learning from mistakes isn't the same as feeling bad about what you did. When you're at fault, use your journal constructively to work through your misbehavior and understand why you acted as you did.

4.  Practice self-forgiveness. Actually formulate the words "I forgive myself for..." in your journal as often as you need to let go of your mistakes. Then come up with solutions to avoid such behavior in the future.

5. Celebrate your accomplishments in your journal. Forget admonishments from your past that you're not allowed to be vain or show off. Your blank book is a loving friend that wants to hear about the great things you've done.

6.  Concentrate on following your intuition. This can be difficult if you've been taught to rationalize every decision. Life is dynamic and living authentically requires flexibility.

7.  Try new things. You don't need to visit exotic places or take risks to prove you trust yourself. Taking a drawing class when you're convinced you have no artistic talent, for example, can really teach you things about yourself.
