My friend, all kind of rules in our life are formed for a purpose. They are a set of guiding principles that will help to shape strong and powerful relationships. And that what life is all about. I think finding exceptions make their importance and meaning worthless. These exceptions are founded just to serve some people who want to gain benefits against the overall good.

But no one can deny the importance of some exceptions which serve kind of people which have deferent situations such as; people in need and disable once, as a way to protect their rights in the community.
