I think everybody should get good teacher in their college or school. I am the  lucky one got a good teacher in my college. 

What you mean by a "good teacher"? Who teaches the subject very well!, Absolutely No.

A teacher is having a very different role to play in once life. It is apart from teaching subject or language. 

We had a good teacher in our college. He used to tell various other useful things in life apart from his subject. 

I would like to share one of them here.

As per my teacher, Everybody will have a natural tendency or natural character. It may be come with birth or may be from the environment where he bought up. 

If a boy is having cruel nature and having tendency to attack others, a teacher should identify that character and should divert him to boxing. While doing this, a teacher is removing not only  a criminal from the society but also bringing medals for the society from sports(Boxing). He introduced boxing to many of our classmates. Most of them won medals for the college. 

If every teacher is having this kind of thinking we can purify our society some extend. 

As per me, One should not be always a teacher in college or school to show this attitude otherwise also make change in our society like my teacher did.

There was famous astrologer in the Kingdom. King will listen whatever the astrologer  says. Astrologer became famous in the Kingdom. King believed astrologer more than anything in the world.

One day astrologer found from his prediction table that the King is going to die in  another few days. 

As a obedient servant of the King, He informed the King. King got upset and ordered to kill the astrologer.

King's Army killed the astrologer.

After that Astrologer's son became astrologer of the Kingdom. He also found what his father found from the prediction table. He wanted to tell truth to King but he had fear of what happened to his father when he told the truth. But as a obedient servant of the Kingdom, he decided to tell the truth. 

He told "King, your son is going to become next King of the Kingdom". King was very happy and gave a lot of Gifts to the astrologer's son.

Both told the same, one got death other got gifts

Moral of the story is we can't tell same thing to different people in same words. We should see the audience and select the words to tell 

"What you think you become"

If you have a great dreams and you want to achieve, but you thoughts are not align with your thoughts or you are thinking something make you comfortable. Then you are not going to achieve your dreams. 

Here I am going to explain a small exercise that control your thoughts. 

1. Write your Dream in a paper and keep always with you. Whenever you get time just read it.

2. Read the "dream card" daily morning

3.Read the "dream card" in the night just before go to bed, analysis the thoughts you had whole day. Just noted down how many days you lost the control or deviate the thoughts to other area

Gradually you will reach your dream place

See football game, those score will win the game. How to score? Bring the ball to net. How many short your team did is not important. How many balls reached the net, that make the game winner. 

In life, ball is our mind, it will move to different persons legs. May be your team members feet or opponent feet. Everybody wants to score also. In life, everybody want to score, So we need to take our mind only to positive thoughts like your team members feet. Then you can score also you can win. 

If one day God come in front you and told that you are going to die today. Also told " I will give you to option. First one I will give you happy mood and second will be sad mood". 

Which one you select?

I will select first one because i want to be happy always. I am going to die any way, die in happy mood.

Second one also good one, but it indicates others mood in your body. They will be sad once you will go from this world. Being sad will not help you at all. It will put you down and down again. 

So think you are going to die next moment and keep your mood positive. It will bring you again and again positive to you.

Today, Entire world is celebrating Women's day. Celebration in particular  day will not make any difference but it will remember all of us the importance of the day.

I wish all our woman members a great day 

Please consider any developed country(people with developed minds), what ever the strong laws,  why crime is happening still ? We are not able to stop the crime including rape. Why? 

we need to study it from rapist or criminals angle. The victim is innocent always. No need to disturb them. We have to go along with the criminal and understand why he committed. If we get that answer. At least we can stop some incidents in future. There is no effort see the crime in criminals angle. This is why what ever strong law, still crime is happening in this world. 

No child born is a born criminal. Their society made them a criminal including us are responsible. 

We have to look for permanent solution always but our system failed to understand from criminals side

A few kids were coming from nursery, suddenly a dog ran towards them. All started crying expect one. He climbed a tree and saved himself from the dog. A old shop owner was watching all these and told others that he is the only one born by normal delivery all others by Cesarean(c session). The old shop owner may not be right same time it makes sense.

Same way, kids before birth itself start listening mothers talk and enjoying the movement of the mother. Movement of mother is a music for kid inside mother. Those mother sings during the pregnancy or doing physical work  rhythmically will give birth kids with good qualities. Those mothers also give natural birth.

Our mind will have all type of thoughts. It will play whatever we feed. If you feed positive, positive will grow in it. If feed negative, negative will grow in it.

If positive grow, you will achieve success in your life.
other wise you will loose everything.

Have you seen circus anytime? Yes most of us seen it.
What ring master will do with animals. He will give commands and all animals will follow it. Some time he will put his head or hand inside Lion's mouth. Lion will not bite him.

Why a lion, so power full animal, behaving like a cat even weaker than a cat?

Because, Most of the lion in circus are born and brought up in circus. They really don't know their capability or ring master never gave a opportunity to lions power. So lions are thinking my life is for cat like activities.

Some time we are also behaving like this. Without knowing our actual capability we are behaving like cats. A lot of mental barrier around us is stopping us to use our full ability.
Only way to come out of this behavior is to start taking risk.
Do it whatever you think you can't.

I am going to say a story about a person named Ramu. Everybody in that village used to call him a fool. 

One day Ramu saw an elephant passing through the village center. This elephant is a domestic one and moving along with the owner of the elephant. Those days, the symbol of richness or wealth is ownng an elephant.Other wards only the rich can maintain the elephant. 

Ramu asked the owner of the elephant " Will you give this elephant to me?". There is another person known to be wisest person in the village saw this and asked Ramu " Are you a fool!, How can you ask like this?

Ramu replied " I didn't loose anything while asking. I lost a ward only, suppose he agree, I would have been got one elephant. What is wrong in asking?. 

We should have this attitude sometime. When ever we need some help from others, we should show this attitude. 

Most of us got Mosquito bite once in our life time. Have you anytime thought from Mosquitoes angle? Let us think from their side

Mosquito is a small creature in this world. Female mosquito needs blood of animal or human for surviving. We, humans started killing mosquito since it bite us first time. See one thing, It is biting us today irrespective of we killed them many times.

What is Mosquitoes Attitude? See the courage of a small mosquito. It knows that risk of dying in every bite, but it want to survive.
Mosquito needs blood for survival.It can't live this world with out biting us.
If we are in this situation, we also do the same thing.

Situations are making the courage's people .
Sometime, we have to think we are in mosquitoes situation and show courage, then only we can use our capability fully.

Help others as much as possible and don't expect anything in return

Hi All,

Everyday is going to become a new day for us. None of us can predict how the day will be. It is not in our control.

Suppose we lost an opportunity yesterday, that may come tomorrow. Or you may get a better one.

So stop thinking about the unfulfilled past think about the brighter future tomorrow.

What is going to come tomorrow is purely based upon your thinking. Today if you are thinking good, you are going to get something good. If you are thinking bad, you are going to get a bad. So be careful, think always something good is going to come to you.

All were preparing for arranging grand welcome for the new joiners in the collage. We all were working since morning. Suddenly Prem came there from some where. We didnt see him anytime in that day. He asked us to join a party in the evening. 

We all asked " Why the party?" We didn't get any answer. All are wondered, Why Prem is calling us for a party? Till date, we have not seen Prem spend some money for us. We didn't discuss much about the party but decided to attend the party. 

After the grand welcome arrangements, we all gathered in Prem's room in hostel. He arranged good foods and drinks including hot drinks(Alcohol).

We all had good food and drinks nicely. At the end of the party, all were had good opinion about Prem. We all were pleased with the party arrangements, food & drinks. That night, He became all o our best friends. 

Next day,  we all got up with surprise. Our all first year text books were missing. Our last night friend entered to our rooms and taken away all the books. He sold it in the local market and gave party for us. 

We can't ask Prem because we also had a small portion of the book value as party food. 

How to get out of tension

We all  are human beings (not machines),  will have worries or tensions in our life. Due to these tensions and worries, we will not be able to perform our best in  daily life. Think a person with tensions and a person without any tensions, Who will win the rise? Definitely a person without tensions.

We stay without tensions are very important for our own success. 

 Here, I am bringing a smallest technique to burst

your tensions. I applied it and worked for me. The science behind this technique will tell you later. 

It is a simple technique. 

Handshaking is a common practice in many countries. We you are in tension, just walk out of your place and handshake with few people. Wish them in your own language in best way while hand shaking.

Following are few examples in English you can say with hand shaking

Hi John How are you doing?

Good morning, How are you?

If you are not comfortable with Hand shaking, at-least wish people. I am sure you will get out of tension after meeting a few.

Most of the time, we will spend time on finding others fault. We tell " Government is not making good roads", " Mr X is not acting well with his wife" Our teachers don't know English" "My parents are poor"etc. 

Actually what we are doing here? we are finding negative things in others and saying I am not responsible for what I am today. During this action, you are going to stay in the same condition forever. You are not growing to next level. 

Spend your thoughts towards finding the good thing in others and try to crab it(Not physically, not his pen or her husband). Try to copy good qualities from others. Then you are going to become a person of all good qualities. 

Do a small exercise today. Take one person from family or friends or coworkers. Write down few good qualities of him. Repeat the same thing for a week for different people. It will create a positive attitude towards seeing things positive way.

We all are using  English language day to day. If the usage goes wrong, the result will not be a disaster. Chances are less. 

I am going to write a story of aircraft crash due to English language. 

A good day morning in a pilot training school, a instructor and a trainee  planned to do a flight. This flight is trainee's last flight with trainer. Trainer instructed trainee to control total flight without his support. If any issue comes during the flight,  trainer will tell the trainee and trainee should do the action. This was the flight rule of the day. 

Trainee powered on the aircraft and the trainer was closely monitoring the activities. Aircraft started moving on the runway, the trainer found the power setting is less and not sufficient  for smooth  "Take- Off".

He commanded the trainee " Take Off Power".

Trainee immediately removed the power of the engine. As per English language take off power means remove power. Trainee removed the power using throttle control, same time aircraft started climbing. So aircraft lost power and crashed. 

What trainer meant? Trainer instructed trainee to set the maximum power for talk off, means Take Off power.

This understanding difference crashed the aircraft.
