  Hello Vijay,
  It is nice to meet you. You say that you are a student and that your department is Hr. I am not sure what Hr means in this case. In the US when we talk about HR, we mean Human Resources, which is usually a department in a business or government agency. It usually is the group of people which takes care of employee issues.
  You are in your final year now. When did you first start learning English? Are you comfortable in speaking English or is it still a bit difficult to do it? Which areas of English are your best and which areas are your biggest challenges? How do you think I can help you best? I think the ways I can help you through this site are by answering any questions you have or writing to me and then I can correct your writing. Teaching a formal course is better in person or through a site that has all the tools to do that. Let me know what I can do for you.
