When I first started to write my blog,I had so much hope that it would be something ,& I still have this hope ..

Last but not least thank you so much English Club for giving us the platform to make good friends & learning as well.

There comes a point when you have to stop beating yourself up over mistakes that you made.

Which relates to my previous post ; I'm not trying to tell you to stop regretting because i know this is almost impossible, However regret it once and that's it, don't let regret win over the urge inside you to be better. We all have those mistakes that nobody knows about , Mistakes that if known we'd die out of shame .. But that's the point isn't it? I mean nothing can go perfectly perfect. Stop worrying that someone will know, & get ready that in case they knew, you'd have done LOTS of better things to face them with. DO mistakes , But then make sure to double the good things that you do,So that you are always sure which side of the balance will win. Yes you can  .

Dear friends! This post is dedicated to one of my best friend in EC - :) 

        Now is the right moment to do all the things you have been delaying till "Later". We have an overrated trust in life, in time; Even though they actually always betray us. We soon realize that there's no "time" to do what we always wanted, & what we never considered we may be unable to do someday. Nothing is guaranteed. So do it now; while you still can.

The past isn't really past if it's still living in your heart.

       Every ending is just a new beginning. Every dark tunnel has a light spot at its end. Its just that we're too busy drowning in the darkness and in our sadness that we don't notice the light, we don't notice the new opened doors and chances for us. Whatever is gone had left an empty space for something else and hopefully better to occupy it. We just keep dwelling on the emptiness it left and the blank space ; However that emptiness is meant for something more fitting to fill it. I think what you should do it open your eyes a bit wider, Look again and look deeply. Let your heart be,Don't put barriers or limits just because you're hurt. Don't stop yourself from doing what you feel. Let go. And let be.

Not that I'm saying that this is perfect,but then nothing ought to be perfect anyway.
So I suppose there will always come that time when you need to lie about a certain thing, another when will you feel the urge to take what isn't yours,another when your feelings will be so messed up you will end up breaking someone. Another when you will be too helpless to stand by those you promised to always be there for. Another when your weakness will win over your optimism. And another when you will fall and let the closest people to you down.
So basically you will lie,cheat,steal,break and disappoint. And NO I'm not gonna tell you this makes you bad or that all of us have that bad side. I'm gonna tell you that this is quite normal. Envy,fear,weakness are all quite normal feelings for us to go through. The challenge isn't avoiding them as most of all assume ; the real challenge is not to live by them. Not to make your whole life a lie or a cheat. Not to live breaking people and eventually yourself. But to learn. From each and every weakness moment, learn that the next time you'll be stronger. And that you're never bad. That you're only "Human".

Dear Friends ! this poem is dedicated to one of my best friend and also for my sister's father.Please ... Please ... Please... pray for him.May he get well soon, may Allah give him Good Health. Ameen!!!

I will never say goodbye to you my Father,

cause I know this is not the end for us to see each other.

Life is like a desert where we walk carefully on the sharp stones and sparkling sand. If a person blows up the way once, then he always swerves.His legs tremble with fatigue and his feet bleed. Atlast,that person loses his game of life after fighting with the life's challenges.

Hidden underneath this skin, there are hundred layers. Layers that formed over the years. Some are of

happiness,some are of grief, some are of satisfaction,some are of pride, some of loss, some of victory, some of

betrayal some of love and a lot more. Every layer has its own unique color, an aura if you wanna call it that. They all

mix together and give your face the colors and expressions that you have. A face is a guide to your hidden self. And

eyes, well eyes are the secret passage to your heart.

Assalam-o-alaikum Friends! I hope you are doing fine. Do you know this week is International Fraud Awareness Week (3-9 Nov. 2013)? It is a good time for the organizations to stop and assess their situation: Are you protected from fraud? Have you properly screened your employees? Have you conducted proper due diligence in terms of your bussiness relationships?

Any company that can answer  "yes" to all three of those questions is rare,indeed. For most,the reality is probably a lot cloudier.Everyday, new headlines come the fore regarding organizations that have been victimized in some way.When insider crime & fraud is discovered after-the-fact,it is difficult,sometime impossible,to fully recover those losses.

A new study from the UK's BDO and the University of Portsmouth has documented a disturbing trend:fraud cases have been spiking since the beginning of recession. The study looked at cases from across nine developed countries that took place between 2007-2012. The researchers determined that fraud losses suffered by organizations are atleast 3% of revenues and probably more than 5% and possibly more than 10%.

The amount of loss could put a bussiness under _ or cripple its finances to a degree that will take years from which to recover. In these challenging economic times, increased finacial pressure often mean an increase in fraud, making internal controls and through record keeping absolute necessities for your bussiness.

 BE SAFE PROTECT YOURSELF AGAINST FRAUD.

Dear Friends! i am writing first time over here on the request of my best friend :-

"He wanted me to burn in hell,

He wanted me to be among those who fell,

He wished to lead me astray,

From my Lords mercy he tried to keep me away.

Was he my friend or enemy?

It was because of him I was deprived,

He had deceived so many,

He kept coming at me until I died,

I still didn’t realize amidst all the agony,

Was he my friend or enemy?

He whispered evil to me every day & every night,

He defeated me without me even putting up a fight,

I didn’t even try,

I thought I can just ignore him and let him pass by,

Was he my friend or enemy?

This is why I was drowned in sins,

All along he was sitting back and laughing at me,

Then death hit me, now I can see,

But it’s too late,

There’s no going back to change my fate.

His task had reached its end,

This was his plan all along,

He wasn’t my friend,

I understood it all wrong,

He was the Devil, my arch enemy!

Think about it.
