How are you? Today i am going to discuss with you very important task of our life. This is an important element of our day to day life which gives shape our attitude, alitude and behaviour. Guess what is it? It is our response towards condition. Is we conditioned by condition or made our own atmosphere? Very simple if i asked you this question to you, i think you should say no i made our own environment but before giving any answer let us imaging a condition today morning you and your friend take a tea in your corridor and discussing about some funny topic instant your med is coming and drawn a glass of water in your dress. What is your response? What are you done in this situation? I think we all are scold our med and may be increase all temperature due to this we mess our whole day. Is it true or not? if we do same thing it means we run by condition, we are not preparing our own environment. But It is the main hurdle for getting success and living peaceful life. A great psychologist describe 90:10 rule for common men. According to rule 10 percent things is not controlled by us but 90% which is related to our response is under controlled. This response set our attitude and altitude. It is true we cannot stopped what is happened but we can give shape how to response. If we take every situation as an opportunity and give our high energy response than it is made a milestone of our life.

IT is just a first step.

Yesterday i was reading a book regarding thinking; The crux of the chapter is our previous  thinking shows in our current status and current thinking define our future, it is really related to our day to day life.  Positive wives generates by positive thinking, it produce energy in our inside so we can do whatever we want. It looks like a baby step for starting a long journey but it is a truth with step we can’t got any destination because every long journey starts with one step. If we want success right paradigm at right direction is needed for accomplish our goals. Paradigm is a light to do action and right direction gives us success as a reward of our action.

So try to change your thinking in positive thinking for getting success every steps.

Can you ever try to find a solution?  Most of the questions starts strucking in our mind when we are free. As per indian mindset if we want to gain name, fame and money first thing should be sacrifice is our personal life or our family time. We create a gap which is convert in long run generation gap between parents and children because, in meantime when childern wish to get their parents guidance and love but that time we are busy for collecting money and fame but when we realised that something is missing that time we lost our family and their attentions. So before making these type of blunder remember success without family never we celebrate, without our lovers it is not completed. be remember due to family support we can achieve all world but with them we are achieving anything is it incomplete and joyless, always manage time between work and personal life, it is improve your efficiency, effectiveness and joy with work.

How are you? Are you feeling shy in front of others or you are searching for better exposure platform. When we want success in our life and we met with failure due to communication that time we felt fizzled, We decide we need to improve our communication skill. But, We don't try to know what is meant by communication. Is talking with fluently or talking without feeling and emotion known as communication.

Let us try to explore the word communication in our point of view. communicate others or convey our message to others with same feeling and views known as communication.Some common things is high affect our communication power. these are:

1. Body Language : Our body language is the key point of our communication. For deliver our massage to others it is necessary to transmit our message with proper body language. If we use positive language while convey the message it give high impression to listeners' mind.

2. Listeners' Level : Most important part of our communication is listener, to whom we want to convey our message. If their  grasping level is high than we convey our message very easily but if don't than we should be consider what type of thing he easily understand. We can say listeners' understanding level decide how to use word with proper and effective communication.

3. Usage of Word : It is not necessary we always use words for communicate others, It depends situation. Only verbal communication is full of words. In it sequence of words, usages of words play vital role in effective communication. And this will decide by listener level. 

4. Feeling: When word come in depth of heart then it effect highly. So always use words with proper feeling, This feeling gives meaning and smooth way to understand our listeners.

These are some simple things which we should consider while speaking or writing in short to communicating others.

Let us discuss today about Success. What is a meat by success ? Is some specific definition of success or what criteria of success ? Que of questions start hammering in our mind and we always try to come out of this question. While studying in college i usually read articles of successful persons who do something special in their filed that time i think they are extraordinary or God gifted human beings. But after completing my education i got one key point that defines success itself. Person who has a gut to challenge timid nature and take a risk for showing to world what they think, got success. This is a satisfaction for getting something what  we want.It means prove yourself in your own eyes. Crossing the boundaries to achieve their goal or create your own ways known as a success. Your thinking and Attitude towards task show your success rate. Your belief says to everyone you got success or not. Your Rate of Belief decide your Rate of Success. High rate shows high success.

Today i am going to share some secretes of Interview. There is no lack of vacancies in the World but,lack of right candidates. As a Human Resource Officer's point of views we always searching special caliber in the candidates. Caliber which is shown on their attitude and speaking manner. Everyone wants to energetic and knowledgeable candidates for their organisation and every applicant who just passout their college with Ist division think they has a good knowledge of subject and attitude is very good but they can not succeed rather IInd grade student gets better opportunities and they got success in their life. Why& How? These types of questions come on every persons mind. Don't you? Simple answer is attitude towards question and work gives them success. Now I am going to tell you some secretes of Interview which surely help you for getting success in Interview:

1. Our Goal and Future Plans: Our goal and future plans are crystal Clear and remember we never say anything which is ideological things, try to say more practical things.

2. Your attitude towards problem and your view of taking question gives the first impression of employers' mind or interviewers mind.

Let me clear this fact for example if i don't know the answer of the question and due to this reason i am getting nervous its give bad impression and shows that you didn't have a capability to face the challenges. Instead of this if i take the question as a challege and don't loss my confidence then i give the right impression of inviewers' mind.

3. Our Talking manner and walking manner shows our confidence level and our knowledge level. If you are going for interview should be well dressup and talk with listenable voice with polite manner. Don't try to talk speedly. Be cool and walk with normal speed.

4. Don't try to convince by force always give the change to others and then clear your view with logical facts.

I think it will help you when you are going for interview. Last but not least remember while interview you have a some qualities and that's why they shortlisted you now its your turn to show your qualities and +ve point with all colors.
