sure , we must avoid our emotions,it spoils our health, when i was young ,i always got emotions ,it easily damage our bodies,,,blood circulation differ,i attached heart attack ,,i had bypass surgery , blood auger level will increased so avoid emotion, take easily anything when you faced any problems,,take it easy what do you have face if it not like you ,,,,,,than only we must be happy

Wwe always encounter circumstances everyday, one of which circumstances is problem/s. That kind of emotion triggers us in so many aspects that could drive us whether in positve responses or negatives responses. However, when we experience pain, our brain is disturbed and concentrates on the feeling which is the pain... and that you are disturbed, normal.
