I honored 'love' and never complained.

I cried hard inside, never let the tear roll out.

It was a very harsh storm, tried very hard 

to reach the bank, but it seemed to far.

I convinced and convinced my love, 

Indifference only I found.

When she got ready to hear,

I could not say a word.

I didn't ask for the entire eden, all the springs

I wished just for a single flower of love

but could not find.

That was a memorable evening, she was convincing me her love, saying, she would die without me.  But one day she left me alone, shocked.  There remained no love, no relationship, all gone as I did not exist.  Was it a lie, she used to say, she was mine and mine only? I couldn;t believe. But I am sure, one day miss me and be ashamed leaving me behind.

How quiet he has turned! A river of thoughts, an ocean of words.  Feels so worthless turning in to dumb stone, once was shining like stars.  May be looking for the words of love in the faces, but found the barren lands.  No cultivation, no shrubs, no flowers.  The thirst of words was like a desert, found no quench, so drowned in his own tears.  Gone alone in travel of life, and lost in the winds. O, wind any news of him?  When gone in the hibernation, everyone forgot, hardly found in the bottom of the lines, the one, once was found on the top of the list.  Used to play with the fragile toys, now roaming hiding his wounds.  Looking behind again and again, with the desire to see whom he left.  Forgot that so much indifference would turn into ignorance from other side. No one is bound to be with you, if you are even not with you.  Turned quiet, no matter, became indifferent no matter, but left some traces of love behind so may be remembered by the well wishers.

Onee's writing challenge.  I am not describing "Dream"  I am mentioning a dream.

“OH! You have come again!” 
No reply, there was silence but “Yes,” was hissed in my ears.  She was looking very happy. Her supple fingers were caressing my forehead. 

“How much you make me wait, and then you part quickly!” My voice was trembling; I was staring at her beautiful face as I wanted to engrave her in my memories, so that I would never forget her, even when she parts away.  Her face was glowing like a moon peeping through the mist of my thoughts. Silence was all around.

  “You will not go away now!”  I pleaded. She was smiling. After waiting of many years, with the depth of my earnest desire to have you, at last I have found you, why would I go away now?” “ Every breath of mine is meant for waiting for you,  the candles of your memories have always been lit in every night of my life, so why would I go now?” 

“ You always say so and part away,”  The words came out of my lips, in spite every word of her love was engraving on the page my life. 

“I also have been waiting for you with all hopes to see you, with the wish to have you.  You knit the beautiful dreams around me and then leave me entrapped in the net of them.” 

“No, there will not be dream now, now it will be life, your life, my life our lives!”  She was saying as swinging with happiness.  
“But who are you? Why don’t you let me know your name?”  I was trembling with emotions. 
“I am reality! I am life!! I am ………………………. Abruptly I was awaken.  I ran my eyes all around.  The room was full of her fragrance.  Whom I have always been thinking as my dream, she was so close to me.  She was always with me, but I could not feel the warmth of her eyes, full of “love”,  whose silent love at last brought me before her.

Silence

Silence means absence of sound (any voice), but is there silence actually?  No there is always sound all around us, sometimes it is beyond our hearing power.  There is a phrase “broken heart”, we say my heart is broken. Is there anyone who can say he has heard the shattering of heart? No, but it still breaks.  There is silence for you, but I was hearing all the shattering of a broken to pieces of heart.  This is not ridiculous, ask a poet, a love-failure.  There is another phrase, “promise broken” did you hear the sound of breaking, but ask lover whose beloved didn’t fulfill the promise made, the guy suffers hears the sound of breaking, even so hard that tears comes into eyes.

Sometimes, (rather most of the time) the ‘love birds’ sit together ‘silent’.  Are you sure that there is silence?  Hear the beat of their hearts, amplify the running sound of  blood through their veins, I am sure you will close your ear.  They sit quietly, imbibed by the silence, but even then they made plan/s for their entire life just seeing into their eyes.  They talk, but for us there is silence, for them, it was chatting, touching, and………….

So why we talk about the thing “silence” which does not exist" Do you know ever the silence of the universe up there also has a sound.

I am sad

You are too busy to remember me

Is it a wasting of time to come and see me

You do not have time for me.

I will not bother you anymore

Forget me, do not remember me

but

when you will want to see me, call me

I'll also say I am busy.

She turned in complete gloom after me

Dresses in black, always after me.

Brought lamp and flowers on my grave

She did all this until live after me.

Used to go to the sea quietly

to sail the paper boat after me.

Who ever loved her, left her, because

my name was always there on her lips after me.

The bird which used to call her

could not live longer after me.

I never let her tears fall down

That’s why she did not weep at all after me.

I was not the same after we parted

No body also could recognize her after me.

I loved her laughing

So she kept laughing ragged and frustrated after me.

When you feel no one is there, take me with you I am always here.

If I am not with you, just feel as I am near.

When you remember, do nothing, just come to me

To give me a smile, even take later take my soul.

Why memento letters, why don’t just burn them, when there is no love why don’t you forget me.

Why tattooed my name on your hand, remove it if there is no worth of me?

Get me out of all confusion why don’t you say if you are not for me

Why don’t you kill me once, O’my love why you are torturing me?

Why don’t you just ignore when you don’t have faith in me.

The morning is so gloomy, and he is in a deep sleep. He wakes up when the sun shines right above the head. Finding his wife and his daughter no more around him, he recalls everything happened all of a sudden yesterday. He closes his eyes for a few minutes more. Afterwards, he gets up, throws on his only black jacket, takes the car key, and hits the road. Crazily thinking of committing suicide, on a highway, he very fast drives his car. In the distance, he vaguely sees a girl smiling..........

MY PART OF THE STORY

LIFE IS NOT HOPELESS AT ALL

In the distance, he vaguely sees a girl smiling................his daughter. He recalls his daughter saying "I love you papa!" She was repeatedly saying that and tears were rolling down on her cheeks. Her mother was dragging her out.....she was leaving.

He remembers what happened last evening.  He was off from his work, looking very happy to tell his wife back at home about his promotion.  He stopped to purchase some gift for his wife and daughter.  When he was coming out of the shop a man in poor filthy dress interrupted him. "Why you are looking happy............nobody loves you.  Here is non who loves other, except selves."  He got angry, "you are mad, everybody loves me my wife, my friends, every one!" "Do you want to hear them inside"  The man said to him with a loud laugh.  Then he hugged him tight. He tried to get rid of the man, but his grip was very strong.  Few moments later he released him. And ran away.  But he felt a change in him, he heard people talking, but they were quiet. Everyone was going on to their expected destination, but he was hearing their in side.

"Is he gone crazy, standing there and staring the people passing!"  He heard a lady who was passing by him, but she was quiet, instead he heard  her inside.  He got upset and rush to go back to his home.  

"I am home honey!" He called his wife while entering the house.  

"He has come back, showing his love, what I will do with his love when he doesn't have enough to provide the comfort I want."   He heard his wife inside when she was hugging and kissing him.  "I love you darling.  Waiting for you."  Inside voice: "I was sleeping, interrupted my sleep!"  He got shocked hearing her inside. 

"What are you saying, do you not love me." He said with a great shock.  "What! how do you kn..........say that.  I love you."  "that was my mistake to marry him..................I thought he would be a rich man.........but..............."

Then the argument was ignite, and they were calling each other liar......................his daughter was standing at the door, first smiling,...............then got frightened...............she was looking worried.

"You get out of my house and leave at once...........and take this girl with you." He was very upset.  His wife also got upset thinking that he had gone mad, "but how could he knew what I was thinking, really gone  mad, I can't live with him.  She was dragging her daughter out of the house.  The little girl was crying.......I love you papa...............I really love you papa.............I don't want to go!"  But he didn't listen.

He remembers that when his daughter was calling him......."I love you pap.........he heard her inside saying the same "I love you papa..............I really love you."   

The ability to hear people inside is no more when he wakes up today, and he realizes that still there is true and pure love inside and outside, so the life is not hopeless at all.

He knows where he can find his wife and daughter and he drives fast to reach there before it is too late.

Who asked you to be friended with stranger in in the deserted course?

Who asked you to consider the mere simple talk very special?

Who asked you to consider it as the special emotional feeling.

Who said to you, listen O doll of wax!

That you could find in mere company of a few stepping together

any Majnoon, any Raanjha, any Romeo, any beloved.

Who said that merely travelling for just one or two steps company

One becomes the life partner.

And now he is gone, so why crying on such absurd feelings.

How could you be afraid to lose the one who was not yours.

How messed you have made your life up! I warned you it is a fire, it would burn you.  Love………. true love does not exist, and if exist it is hard to find. But you didn’t give a heed go my advice. Now, look what a mess you have made! What an idiot I have been wasting energy to advise you. She has gone, left you lingering between reality and imagination. It would have better if you have understood.  How strange it was, you didn’t believe me, me your close friend, on the contrary, you believed her, when I knew since the beginning she was just playing with you, with your emotions, just enjoying.  You have been a toy for her. You remember when you said, “Wow! What a cool girl she is!” and I told you, that she was not your type, you are so simple, so easy going, her coolness will burn you one day when the game is over. O, how I wish you would have believed me!  Hey! That is not a brilliant idea just to lie here cutting yourself from life. What a handsome man you were! And now what a mess you’ve made your life.  How quickly you understand this, I can only wish. “O man! Love is not easy, I have always been saying love is a sphere of fire, it incinerates the victim, and there has been no bike which can give you ride through this fire, except wisdom, and it is wise to guard the heart with wisdom.

The girl had twenty-five flowers and seven candles, but she was puzzled how to distribute these objects and whom she would give them to, because she had only one boy friend. Luckily the friend came to see her with one large cake and one card.

"What is this cake for?" She asked him.

"Your seventeenth birth is going to be celebrated on the fifth next week. I will not be here on that day, I am leaving on the first so I decided to bring the cake today and celebrate your 17th birthday, by the way I will be staying in Phase VI DHA Society" Her friend told her.

"But I have only seven candles" She said with a bit of disappointment.

"It doesn’t matter. Let's put these seven candles on the cake and I will write beside them "teenth"

Both of them laughed. "

Have you brought a present for me?" She asked. "No. Ok, give those flowers to me." The girl gave him the flowers. He took out seventeen flowers from the bunch and knelt down on his one knee, "Please accept this present from me on your 17th birthday" “These are seventeen flowers, and I wish and pray that our love will last at least seventeen years” “Why for seventeen years?” The girl asked. “Because who knows when which one of us could change our mind.”

“OK” Both of the lovers of the jet age agreed and contented themselves with the love they currently had for each other.

Then the girl cut the cake, and put  ¼ of it in a plate.  They both enjoyed the cake.
