The copywriters write very regular sentences. But, a significant copywriter always aims at writing good sentences spontaneously. Build up your sentences only after reading different blog post, landing page thoroughly.  Read carefully whatever you write. See thoroughly from the beginning to the end of every email, blog post, landing page, short story etc. Build up your sentence- writing skills steadily.

Words and grouping of words are arranged to construct the sentences. To develop your writing, you have to know how to assemble words into sentences. There are some methods of learning the basics of good writing, and clear sentences.  You may follow the methods to improve your writings.

  • Improve your grammatical sense to write attractive sentence. Because, the grammatically incorrect sentences glares in an unpleasant way.  
  • You should have a clear idea of the different kinds of sentences: simple, complex, compound and compound-complex sentence.

                           Placing of Facts

It is important to have facts in your writing. So, at first, place facts in your sentence. It is also essential to have the skill of lining the events, objects, actions and a firm logic. Because, the sentences are the vehicles of thought.

But, inclusion of facts only will not do. It must also contain image, emotion, promise and logic. It is necessary to be the emotional appeal of the simple story.

                                   Creation of images

Image is the root of imagination. And imagination is the capability for the people to see the world you are trying to create. Intellectual people like to use their imagination.

Use active verbs and tangible nouns and create logical image. Use phrases like “picture this” or “imagine this” to your reader that you are trying to draw a picture.

                                   Stimulation of emotion

As a copywriter, you must carefully plan and create emotion. You should be alert about the mood of your reader or customer and what kind of problem does he or she trying to solve? You must know the nature of your ideal customers. You should also be concerned about their dreams, hopes and fear.

                                    Making of Promises

Amusement or enhancement of people’s emotions is not the primary objective of the copywriters. The people read your writing to get something beneficial.  So, you should take care of the following points when writing something. Consider the following as a writer:

  • Supply information, instruction or message to the readers.
  • Provide the readers a way out of their troubles.
  • Set any example to your readers.

                                        Practice for perfection

The writing needs continuous practice to reach perfection. It is not the thing to win over the night.

Writing a flowing language with constructive sentences is definitely an art. You can't capture it unless you are too passionate to write a reader-friendly writing. Write readable English. What you want to say, express it with good words which is highly accessible to all the readers.

One simple thing is that, beautiful sentences are not absolutely accurate and absolutely accurate sentence may not be always beautiful. So, always write presentable English. You meet different kinds of people every day. However, not all of them are liked by you. In fact, all are not friends but some of them are your enemies also. In the movies, you find people deal with their enemies by fighting or facing them. Actually you need to minimize their power in any way.

Eliminate your enemies from your life or give them less entrance in your life. But it is not always possible to completely remove people. But you can stop calling them back. You may stop making contacts with your enemies. And then you will be safe from their negative influence. If you keep them aside, and forbid them to carry the negative activities anymore, they will be unable to make use of ignorance as his or her defense.

 Always behave politely to your enemies. But don’t represent yourself as a person of easy prey. You should place yourself to the top position. Express your feelings to your enemy directly and clearly. But don’t use any vulgar language or raise your voice. This kind of your behavior will keep your enemies aloof having weapons to use against you in future clashes.

Dealing with your enemy, using non-conflictive language provides your enemy less opportunity to work against you. He will be unable to continue conflict with you for a long time.

Never be trapped by the provocation of your enemy to start a new clash.  Your enemies will always try to create an embarrassing situation for you. They will also make many dirty, mean comments about you and your work, family or other friends. So, just ignore them.

Try to avoid those places where your enemies go frequently.  Stay away from your enemies as much as possible.

It is true that enemies are unavoidable. Dealing with enemies is not easy or you cannot handle it by a clean-cut method. So, take care of your enemies with good conduct and appropriate manner so that you can tackle them in a correct way.

When I Feel Frustrated…..

Frustration is a type of feeble articulation of anger when the intended goal is not fulfilled. We may suffer frustration when the expected results don’t come about. Also it might be the consequences of being failure to meet the challenges.

There are number of things that can push us to the level of frustration. The grounds of our being frustrated can be credited to outer forces upon which we do not have any control. It can be activated by a simple situation. For example, a device is not working, or even waiting in a doctor's chamber. The most destructive side of frustration is that it prevents us from being motivated.

Like all men on this earth I also suffer frustration. I fight off frustration in two ways. I can either react by attempting to remove the cause of frustration, or simply abandon the idea of being frustrated.

How I Fight Frustration

No matter what the cause is, I respond to frustrations differently in different situation. It is quite usual for us to be frustrated once in a while or frequently.  It is how we react to this situation is important. Will you strive to discover a way out, or will you simply give in, depends upon your mental set up and intelligence. The worst of all is to behave aggressively towards the people or the situations that are responsible for the cause of the problem. Or, to behave rudely with people unrelated to your problem. But, for every trouble or difficulty that we encounter, there is way to conquer.

My top 10 Guilty Pleasures, Yours please!

Do you enjoy pleasure? What I do mean is not pleasure, but guilty pleasures? Do you have any? What I want to mean is the guilty pleasures that you do stealthily, being out of sight of social groups. I know you are very eager to tell me. Guilty pleasures are those we should not talk about, but really like to do.

I'm going to disclose you my top 10 guilty pleasures that I should not talk about, but I really enjoy doing them.

 

  • I love tweeting while I take a foaming bath by adding cologne to it. It is really the number one on my guild pleasure list.
  • Listening to the favorite super sexy rock music comes next. This one might be a little awkward. But, sometimes I shout silently to listen to these songs. You can also listen for sure pleasure.
  • Watching on any foreign Movies and spending a random weekend enjoying them.
  • Listening to the accent of any person while talking. If the accent is of my choice I get crazy.
  • Taking chocolate ice-cream or soft cold drink late at night, I think I should not do.  The question is if these are helpful for you to do your next day work vigorously. I'm not worried about all this.
  • I think re-gifting is something a lot of people make but hardly any will confess. It is something like guilty pleasure. You need to feel no guilty since the person you passed it, will perhaps pass it on to others.
  • I don’t understand the reason, why I feel intense pleasure every time I wear Fuzzy soft socks.  They are simply so warm and cozy.  I love it get them as a gift from near and dear ones, and also I hold them dearly.  Really this is the guilty pleasure.
  • Reading journals is good but is one of my guilty feelings. I just grab the one of my favorites in a supermarket and indulge in looking at pictures of some of my favorite celebrities and dream that I'll have as many trousers as my favorite celebrity.
  • Sleeping late uninterruptedly is my guilty pleasure. How indulgent it is to go to sleep late at night on Friday and wake up late on Saturday without worrying a least my important household work.
  • Stealing flossy pillows from comfy hotel is my final guilty pleasure. Though it is not in conformity with law, but I want to have it for pleasure. Sometimes, it is so soft that I just can't leave it. Sure you'll also love to do such guilty pleasure.
