Dear Readers over the world

          On this ocassion I will explain  about my region, and I hope after reading this story  you will have  a planning to visit  my area. I live in a small district which is called Solok. It is located 50 kilometers from Padang the capital city  of West Sumatra Province. It has a cool whether, because it  is near  Talang mountain. The mountain  is so high and it is a volcano. Beside that  my region is around the lakes, There are   four lakes there. They are Talang lake, Dibawah lake, Dibawah lake  and Singkarak lake which is the most popular in my province and in my country.

          Nowadays, my region continues developing  in all section such as  renovation  the government office buildings, production of agriculture and animal husbandry. It is  also  doing  many tourist spots exploration. Many people visits  many  places to do picnic. Not only visiting the lakes, but also  tea  plantation which is very nice place in  taking picture. When I asked the visitors why they like to visit  this plantation, they said that  this area has fresh  air. It is look like a spread  green carpet .In the morning they can see  foggy from the hill and around the tea garden. They can see  dew point from the leaves which  made  them felt fresh . They also said, this  area ( Talang - Solok ) is like a beautiful paradise which could not imagine with word.

        As  a Talang villager I am proud  about my area. Many aspects  that I have in my region are very -very interesting to visit. I  really love my region. If the visitors want to come, it is not difficult. They can use  many kinds of transportation tools like, motorcycle, bus, car and also by walking.  I think  it is  poor if  some one does not want to visit in their holiday time. Besides my area  has  many kinds of traditional  foods to taste. The most  popular  food production  is "Rendang " ( food is made from meat, coconuts and chili. It is eaten  with rice .It is very popular food in my country. Beside rendang we have other foods such as Lemang ( it is made from glutinous rice and coconut milk.

The readers, in frank I tell you, my area is very nice place to visit beside Bali and Jakarta. If you  come  or visit, you will find  natural area which can make you fresh and fell happy. and  find un forgetable experience with  very  cheap price for all sections. I  will tell you  about my experience  about my hobby.  You know One of my  hobbies is  writing. I have always used my writing  since I was  a Junior  High students or a little girl . I have written many stories, poems  on local newspapers in my Mother language . I have connected with many people around my country and also from Malaysia who can speak Indonesia or Malay through pen pall connection. 

When I studied at University or as I got older, I  learned English , I tried to have many friend s overseas. I believed  at that time , writing  can be  done as a way to connect with people. I was very happy  receiving  the letters from others. They can make add my imagination to write other stories and beside that writing can develop my speaking, because I read much and of course I have many ideas for speaking. How nice  it is..

When I became an English teacher, my love of writing was put to good use.  I  continued my hobby as a writer. You know when I read a local news paper, I got an interesting address. A  sad story of old man  from  Ede, Netherland who has lost his family for 40 years. He wanted to meet his family but he did not know any more where they are. How sad I was. So  I tried to write a letter to him and I like to be his relative. You know readers ? what happened ?  Thanks God he replied mine and came to meet me in my country.  He visited me  happily and he proclaimed  me as one of his family member Oh…I could not believe that. By this writing  or connection, he was success finding his life family and I got a new family , You believe or not ? He or my adapted father always visits  me every year to my house . He love all my family members and he really like this condition. How happy I am..

 From that time I do not want to loss my competence as  a writer in English. I always look for many chance to write and  go to abroad to practice my speaking. Thanks God I have joined the teachers exchange program to Australia about four months and taught in BGHS school in Burwood  Sydney, and I tried to write many of my relative in Singapore and Malaysia to go there and write every experience which I found in my new area. I have many  experience there, but I have limited  time to do. I am so busy at my school  teaching. Next time I will do  for you all .

To day  I have  good connection  with a blog . It is called   My EC,  I can connect with English learners and teachers from all over the world. I use my blog to encourage learners to practice  English through writing challenges. I will do  this activity  forever and I hope comments, messages from other readers in order to get improvement in my writing.  I also  invite all teachers of English over the world to  do this useful  activity  if you do not mind.  Please write what in your mind steps by steps . In a short I do  my writing because I have got much , not only ideas to write but also ideas in doing my speech . In our community, bloggers have a special bonus. In Indonesia to day is exploring a new curriculum for Primary until Senior High school students. It is called 2013 Curriculum. This curriculum  will develop a students centered of learning. Before, it was look liked  a teacher centered learning, although the hopefulness of Indonesia educational Department .the learning process must be done as a students centered activity. Based on an education system  evaluation, the last curriculum was still not good, so The stake holders of education do a change for this regulation. This year the new curriculum is introducing to all Region educational Departments over Indonesia. It will be exploring for all subjects. Asa teacher of English, I got this introducing. I  have got training  for three days in my province ( West Sumatra) In this training I have been explained many things such as Education Regulation based on Government Regulation  No 65, 67 and 68  2013. Based on those I have got many materials such as changing mindset as a teacher, scientific approach with three techniques of teaching learning, and I have also  got how to use the ways of teaching in the class room. as a teacher I have 5 steps like, Observing, Questioning, Associating, Experimenting and  communicating. How very excellent way it is. After three days training and  I will do in my class room  as soon as possible. Thanks God, the way is so interested for my students, and they can do well, especially in communicating steps, they do  with their friends and you know they do with their parents. It's funny, because almost of my students parents can not speak English, but they do not care although their parents just smile for giving response their expressions . Unfortunately...the training  is too short I  need  many  things to in the field , and I need qualified trainers  to explore this materials, especially how to do evaluation and how to use the five steps in real teaching more effectively. I am still shocked when I remember some one who lead thousands followers  in my country. He is  Ustad Jefri  Albuchari  who is popular called " Uje". He passed away  thee days ago by motorcycle on  the road in south Jakarta area.

Readers , I don't believe that it is true, because I saw him on TV was well and looked his popular speech  way, such as :kind, gentle, funny, simple but the content is full of religion. As a follower I am really sad. you know I live  far from Jakarta, but when I got this bad information, I wanted to fly there to meet him  in person for the last time. But it was impossible for me to do, because of many reasons. To send out my feeling I wrote many comment on  face book. I hope my feeling is  little bit better. In fact no, I am still sad and I want to go to meet  his family and I want to tell  how sad I am. So ,  I do another way, like this writing my feeling to English club readers in order to make me satisfied  with my beloved  religion  leader. Here I pray May God  bless him, and put him in the best place in Allah's paradise. I believe  He is  one of  paradise people.." .My Ustad , you always gives fresh feeling when hearing your speech, your smile , your appearance and your relationship make your followers happy. You are relax and friendly without saying bad to other people. But now,  all is done... all is over...you have gone  on peace" Good bye my beloved leader. 

 Readers, I think,  he has  known that it is done with him. He will go to face his God. It is looked  by  his  some messages that he sent to his  close friends and many last words that I read on his   messages. they seem that  he will go far away and leave this  world. Besides,  he discussed about death burial process with his wife and gave some advise to his oldest daughter. These actions   make me  proud him and believe that he is a special person on God's side. And I said Subbhanallah when I saw the funeral processing. You know, He was brought and waited for thousands followers around  burial  place. It is better than the popular man in my country. I did not believe it but it is true. Not only the young people but also the old men. It looks like a big party. Based on the story many people, they waited in burial place from at  7.00 a.m on Friday after getting information about his death. Oh my God... why did you take him so soon ?. We still need the people like him in order to give advisement or speech  in our life... I HOPE  HIS WIFE AND CHILDREN ARE  PATIENT TO FACE THIS TRAGEDY. Don't be sad but please be proud of you husband and your Dad... God bye UJe We always love you and remember your words....My God bless us and  get the same place with you next time...Amin...

Dear  Readers,

       Ling ling is  a kind of  animals which I got from  Mentawai island. It is like monkey, has black soft  fur, black eyes. It has small body. It is a very small monkey. I gave its name "Ling  ling" I know, it is not permitted to keep this animal by government low, because  it is a kind of endangered species, but I want to keep this animal well.

       Ling ling  is a male. He  has good characters, polite, kind and friendly. For eating I give him  banana,milk and many kinds of fruit. For sleeping I prepared him  a small pillow and small blanket, This condition made him safe and  good. Every day He plays with  every body who visited my house. Every body liked him and  tried to give him  fruits. Ling ling  looked like satisfied.  After two years with my family , ling ling  got  sick. He did not want  to enjoy his food, He looked like tired, no playing, no food. I was very  sad to see his condition. I brought him to the doctor, but it was closed. I was  very confused to see his health. I always tried to  hold him on my hand and gave him  some funny actions, but he just kept silent . On next two days he was gone forever. He dead safely. I was  very  sad and tried to  bring  him to a burial place  in my  garden near my  house. Until now I still remember  ling ling. I remember every thing about him, such  as his characters, habits in playing and how he acts in serving guess in my house. Oh  my Ling Ling  I can't forget you . You are an animal but you can do  like a human being  does . You  entertain  me  every day, and always makes me happy. But not to day. No Ling ling any  more for entertainment. Oh my God  I will try to forget my  friend Ling ling, and I hope some days  I will get   a friend  again.

In our life we need some competences in getting knowledge and information, such as Listening, speaking , reading and writing. Reading is one of interesting skills to have for every body. Here  I want to tell how important the reading is. By reading  some body can get some information and knowledge. This activity  can we find in Western culture. Reading is very common in there. we can find many people do this in  many public places like in a bus, traim, plane, train or in many  corners of stations, malls , bus stops and others. They are busy to do reading without caring who  are beside them. They  look like strange if they see a group of people do not do  this activity, but just  talking loudly in a train. When I remember this problem, I am shy with my self. What about  in other countries ? It's  still strange to discuss, because they  still prefer talking  to reading. What a pity. I want all people try to change their habitual from talking , joking  to reading. They must realize that reading is nice and important to do. But, I am really -really happy when I saw a boy who lives in the  small country, no electricity do reading. He does this activity happily without caring his house condition. I am salute to see this boy. I hope  the students who live in better area want to follow this activity in order to get knowledge and happy life in the future. in other word " do reading as enjoyable habit in our life "

As a teacher of English, I always invite my students use English where ever. I always greet them with English. In the class room I try to explain my lesson enjoyable, but  I do not know They do not response my expression or just  some of them use this language a bit.

Readers,  to look for the solution, I do thinking for whole a night, why this is happen ?? I do not want this problem face to  my students. On next day I know why this problem happen, In fact it is caused  my students are SHY  to speak. Oh my God...Why are they shy ?? Oh. come on my students and readers .... Rub this feeling ( SHY) .Shy is not good feeling for developing your competence, especially in speaking English. To solve this problem, you can follow a little bit of  ideas which can help you in developing your skill and avoid your this bad feeling.

My advisement for you  here as follows :

a. English is very nice to use because it is unique and interesting

b. Speak  much what you want to speak

c. Don't care about your speaking whether wrong or right. the important thing is your speaking can be

    understood by listener

d. Add your vocabularies every day , by changing all your mother's words into English

e. Never think about your structure first or form in your speaking.

f. Use English much when you face your teacher or friends wherever , forever

g. Listen the western  film and songs. Enjoy them very much until you can understand.

I have a story for you, and it is a factual story,  I hope you can give comment after reading it.

Doni  is 17 years old. He is from a small village in West Sumatra Indonesia my country. He is not normal  boy. But he is brilliant man. He could make his neighbor or the people who saw him said salute  to him. Why ?? He could make some electronic medias  from waste. He collected  every thing such as : old batteries , machine, woods and other appliances to make his purpose.  Last week he was  success to fly an air craft he made. Every body did not believe this fact, because Doni  the young man who never goes to school and can not read. He also  is from  poor family, He did not reach  his education. But He did  a surprised idea which is not believed by every body who graduated his or her education in collage. He did   and explore his competence in making  all  electronic appliances just used old things. He took from  rubbish bin or  from his neighbors. In His life he wanted to make  a passenger air plane. " It's easy " he said when my local newspaper interviewed him in his village. " If I have material in my home, I will make  a plane for passengers. Beside that he can make a raft many kinds of electronic tape recorder. He saw  some his result of electronic appliances which  he has made. So that the people  nearby call him as DOni Habibie  the one of brilliant popular man in my country. I think you also know him so much, don't you ?

I did not know the penguin's life before, because of my area. No penguins there. I just got information about it from magazine or news paper. When I visited Australia in 2004, I went to a place as a tourist spot in Sydney. The place is on the beach and I saw the penguin activity there. The activity is called " Penguin Parade". Readers, can you imagine what penguin parade  is like.

I went there by tourist bus. It was  sun set situation. wow it's very wonderful sight. I  saw  many tourist sat on stones , I did too. I asked the people who sat beside me what will be happen.He told me that he will see the penguin parade. " Ow... what it is like " I talked by my self. I tried to wait for this new entertainment patiently. By eating chips and drink, I wait for this action.After waiting for a half an hour, wow.... I saw many penguins come out from the see. I stood up and cried " wow..beautiful...." I saw a lot of animals ( penguins) walked on the beach by making  a line... It's very wonderful show. Penguin look like know that the people saw them, so the penguin tried to walk slowly and saw right and left to give an honor to the watchers around them. When I saw  one or two of them were falled  down  because there was almost dark near the finish place .I was  very anthusiastic and very entertain to see this action.It is like a ducks parade in my country.

Sunny                          : Okay, but be careful, because almost dark here ducky

Sunny                           : Ow ducky, what is going on you ? Where are you ?  can't see you ducky

                                    : Ducky, wait for me, please try to take your foot over...  be careful

Ducky                            : OK, I can do it..I think no hurt on my foot. It's tied by stones... Thank

                                      you friend. I'm safe now

Sunny                            : Thank God, you are safe and let's go to our room to take rest.

  In my country the exercise ( sport )  department always hold the soccer competition. This match is started from the small area, to national area. This month the match is done. my school has   a solid team. It  never lost the game in region part. This week my student's team will face the final match. I hope my student can play the best. If my team win the game, we will go to Padang to face the province part.  If my students can  play good and full of confident I'm sure they will win this competition.And they will go to Jakarta to join the national event. As a teacher I always  watch my students' action in the field. It looks like the soccer in international game.They are so creative although  most of them have small body. You know they are  seven and eight grade of Junior High school students.I' proud of them.I hope they can play attractively and success. Here I say " Junior High school 2 Gunung Talang team is fantastic , strong and the best  in my Regency"  I hope they always do the best and win in every match. Indonesia students tournament  is always exist in order  to make the students health and clever, because in healthy body keeps the healthy soul and cleverness.......

Next two  month (April ) is a time for Junior  High school students in Indonesia to face  a Final examination. It is too short time and make we are nervous to do this especially for English subject. Why ??? . There are a lot of reasons such as : It's not their mother language, not interested for most of them, it use  high level  language, the teachers do not use an interesting method of teaching so they bored to study, and still use  an old ways, and seldom give rewards to the good learners. This condition is continous running in the field year by year. The educational Department of Indonesia doesn't realize this problem, but they try to make  more difficult items which is hard to  be answered by the Junior High School students .

As a teacher I give you a little bit suggestion on facing your  final test next April as follows :

1 prepare your mentally and take care your health

2. Relax, and having good confident

3. Train your self in answering the questions ( practice  every time )

4. See the table specification of the test in order to have good preparation

5. Learn about the trick in answering the questions easily

6. Do your test from the easiest questions and use the trick

O.K my students I have  some tricks for you such as :

* Try to understand the kinds of questions, see the text just at glance. analyze the questions, example :1.  Which statement is TRUE based on the text ?

It means you just find only the TRUE statement . The trick is, Bring the option one by one into the text. You just relate the statement in the text and in option

            2. Arrangement the words into a sentence or sentences into a paragraph

                the trick is :  look for the  word is suitable as a topic, let the same number, analyze the different numbers and check the option

            3. Find the tittle of the text

The trick is : See  the first sentence in the first paragraph, check the words often appear in every paragraph, check the option

             4. Finding the specific information from the text ( by using W-H Questions )

The trick is : See the same or similar statement on the question and text, analyze that sentences, analyze the question word that is used and check the option

             5. Finding  the general idea of the text

The trick is similar with finding the tittle of the text, you see the first sentences in the first  paragraph and some times you can add with the last sentence, combine them, you can find the answer of it

             6. To find the social function of the text ? ( purpose, aim, goal )

The trick: See the kind of the text. it's easy for you to do

              - Narrative text : to entertain/ to amuse / to make the readers happy

              - Recount text : To re-tell the past event

              - Procedure text: To explain the steps / How to make ( the process) some thing

              - Descriptive text: To describe some one/ some thing / a place in particular / specific  way

              - Report text     : To describe some thing / some body / a place in general

Dear Readers, On this writing I will report How happy we are now after getting a native speaker who will train my school society in learning  English better. Mr. Nick  who a man from Australia . He is one of  AVI ( Australian Volunteer International ) member. I as a  teacher of English is very  very happy to meet him because it's not easy for me to get. I've sent some Requests to AVI and I've waited about more than a year. God willing The God  answered my goal and my hope full. Not only me will get the learning and improving my competence but also my collages who can't not speak English at my region will get chance to learn with Nick.

           Beside that, my school will show to Nick How good our school is,and I will ask my students perform  some kinds of our culture, art and traditional plays to Nick such as : In traditional culture I will show How to celebrate Weeding party in my region, How to celebrate the people who delivered babies, buried the death people. In traditional art, I will show some kinds of traditional dances and songs in my  region. Beside that my students will show many kinds of traditional playing which they make Nick will enjoy in my region.

           Nick will stay in my area about a year ( based on my  school request to AVI )  I think it's enough time to get his experience about English for my students at my school. But I am a little bit disappointed if Nick will not stay a year at my school, because I got information that he will stay in two places.I hope my educational Department and AVI will understand about this.For helping other school students The department can ask for the other person by sending the new request.AVI will respond it politely. Let Nick works at my school safely  in getting the best result. I hope Nick stay a year at my school in improving and developing my students competence in speaking English enjoyable.I think  leaning with Native speaker will be better, isn't it ? On this ocation  I want to give you a story. It's so funny and I hope your comment after reading it, O.K??

This story happened about 20 years ago when one of my friend Mr. Abi did his job as a teacher in a remote area .This region has different dialects  with other areas in West Sumatra Indonesia. It's Muara Labuh District( one of area in West Sumatra )In this place we will find some different dialects and some times we fell strange with the people speaking in that area.

As a new teacher, my friend called Mr. Abi tried hard to be good teacher. He entered the room with smiling, good appearence, good confident, in order to attract the students attention with his material. He looked like success on that period. He was very happy. Although  he didn't understand the students and also people nearby speaking, he tried to learn the region language step by step. He did this he want to be  thegood society and acceptable.  One day he leaved the English  classroom to meet some body in the teachers'office. You know the readers ? all  students in his classroom were made noisy. It's like the market situation. To see this condition the teacher entered the room and asked some questions such as :

Mr. Abi                         : Hi, who made noise ha ?

one of te students          : Macalino, ( read Makalino )  sir

Mr. Abi ( alittle bit angry)  : Macalino ? who is Macalino ? 

The student     : Yea Macalino sir

Mr. Abi     : O.K, now ask Macalino meet me in the office

The students     : O.K sir We will

Mr Abi went to the office and all of the students followed him.This condition made Mr Abi confused. In the office he faced 30 students infront of his table.He asked to the students  about why they entered the office room. He asked :

Mr Abi     : Hi. why did all of you enter this room ? I just need Macalino

The student     : yes sir, these are Macalino, I mean we  all made noise in the class room

Mr Abi     : ( confused) So... Macalino is not a name of some body, but... Macalino                                            means "all", doesn't it ?

The student     : You're right sir... The word "Macalino" means " all or every one did th                                              thing , sir

Mr. Abi      : Oh..I see.. sorry I don't understand. ( every body laughed) because so f                                         so funny. after that Mr. Abi was changed his name with Mr. macalino by                                         the students who were called in the office and school society called  h                                          him by the new name. He was popular with this name..." Mr. Macalino "

DEAR ( Drop Every thing And Read ) is a kind of program which can be used as improving the students reading ability especially for Junior High school students. I got this program in Burwood Girl High School in Sydney Australia when I visited that school in 2004. I saw DEAR program is very interesting for our students in developing their reading skill.We know that it's difficult to invite the students in doing reading especially in Indonesia, reading is very hard habit to do. So DEAR is good way for us because it's started by enjoyable activity. Let I tell you how to do this program. Burwood Girl High School is one school in Sydney which has all girls.To develop the students reading skill this school does DEAR program every Wednesday on the last period. This activity is done not only the students but also teachers and staffs. Every body does this activity. It last one period of the lesson ( 45 minutes).Ofcourse the teacher who is in the class accompany the students in this time. Can you imagine the school's situation on this period ? Yea... the school  looks like empty , calm, no body do speaking or discussion. Wow... how wonderful it is. When I interviewed one of the teacher, she  started from the easiest  way. They did this program  from the simple  materials. The students may read what they like to read such as, magazines, newspapers, comics, novels or knowledge books, ect. They also can bring from their home or borrow from their library. The important thing is they do reading on that period. After having the development the school try to ask their students to read the materials by giving tasks, such as the students ask to re write the story that they have read, make the conclusion of the materials, ect. If they have finished writing the conlusion, they collect their task to the teacher. I was intersted about this program.I explore this at my school. For the first time I face d difficulties to do. Some of my collages did not accept this idea. They thought it's a waste program, useless, un interested, etc. Thanks God in the third year my campign my school accept this program and put on the school time table until now. Every Wednesday on the 6th period my school do DEAR program. I hope by exploring this program can develop my students' reading ability, and I hope next time we can  make reading is an interesting activity for us in this country, since by reading  much we can get more and we can be  clever people, like the God's instruction " read...read " you will know every thing in the world. DEAR ( Drop Every thing And Read ) is a kind of program which can be used as improving the students reading ability especially for Junior High school students. I got this program in Burwood Girl High School in Sydney Australia when I visited that school in 2004. I saw DEAR program is very interesting for our students in developing their reading skill.We know that it's difficult to invite the students in doing reading especially in Indonesia, reading is very hard habit to do. So DEAR is good way for us because it's started by enjoyable activity. Let I tell you how to do this program. Burwood Girl High School is one school in Sydney which has all girls.To develop the students reading skill this school does DEAR program every Wednesday on the last period. This activity is done not only the students but also teachers and staffs. Every body does this activity. It last one period of the lesson ( 45 minutes).Ofcourse the teacher who is in the class accompany the students in this time. Can you imagine the school's situation on this period ? Yea... the school  looks like empty , calm, no body do speaking or discussion. Wow... how wonderful it is. When I interviewed one of the teacher, she  started from the easiest  way. They did this program  from the simple  materials. The students may read what they like to read such as, magazines, newspapers, comics, novels or knowledge books, ect. They also can bring from their home or borrow from their library. The important thing is they do reading on that period. After having the development the school try to ask their students to read the materials by giving tasks, such as the students ask to re write the story that they have read, make the conclusion of the materials, ect. If they have finished writing the conlusion, they collect their task to the teacher. I was intersted about this program.I explore this at my school. For the first time I face d difficulties to do. Some of my collages did not accept this idea. They thought it's a waste program, useless, un interested, etc. Thanks God in the third year my campign my school accept this program and put on the school time table until now. Every Wednesday on the 6th period my school do DEAR program. I hope by exploring this program can develop my students' reading ability, and I hope next time we can  make reading is an interesting activity for us in this country, since by reading  much we can get more and we can be  clever people, like the God's instruction " read...read " you will know every thing in the world. Dear Readers,

   I have n amazing story for you. It's not a folk tale, but it's the true one. I hope you are interested to read it.

This story happened  about   eight months ago when I visited a rural area . On a night I saw "ALLAH" ( the name of Moslem's God ) word on the moon light. on  that  time was a Ramadhan month ( one of the month for Moslem doing fasting ) you know the village I visited  where no electrical power there, so when it is  fourteenth day in an a month, we can see the full of moonlightat night ,isn't it ? ( Every body knows it )In that condition the light of the moon was very bright,  and because no electrical power in that area, of course the moon light  has a majority power. Could you imagine how very wonderful it was.I was very -very amazing to see that situation. The moon light has a brightness light in the dark night...wow.. it's very fantastic.

   On the way back home after prying in a small mosque, I  was  very amazed to see that moonlight which was brightness light . I've never seen the light like that night. Directly my mouth I want to meet cried  and said " Oh God your moon light is very nice, God I want to see you there,  are you there ?" I really have an amazement feeling. I directly took my camera mobile and I took the picture of the moon.

I was happy and save the pictures and went to bed, the moon light was forgotten.

       After came back to my home town, suddenly I remembered my photos which I took in the rural village  some days ago. When I checked ,one of the picture has a shadow writing with " ALLAH" word in Arabic, After seeing that I could not believe  what I saw for a moment. I tried to see the word carefully, and it's true,It's "Allah" word, I couldn't think any more, I cried and said " Oh my God.,.You are very almighty, You heard my prayer, Thanks God , I never forget you and I'll always follow your instruction and I'll stop  your prohibition. I love you where ever and when ever. The readers and friends to make my writing or story a believe able,  I send the picture to you.

We know English is not an  easy subject to learn at school,especially for beginners ( Junior High School students) in my area, Solok West Sumatra English  for some learners are still too difficult,  but it's an important to do, because English is very helpful in gaining all knowledge in the world . So It is a must to learn. As a teacher I had  a lot of problems in doing my teaching before . At my school  or in other areas I think,this subject is like a ghost automatically the teacher will appear the lesson look like  as a ghost too. The students are worried in learning, shy to do speaking. So as a teacher who loves this  job, I tried  to think by and by how to make English will be  interested to learn  by the students. So I always think a lot of ways to use in the classroom, and I tried  to make the students like with my teaching. Beside that I always read the  English articles in My EC  and news papers every day in order to improve my English and to develop my teaching ways. By learning some articles in this blog, I can add my experience an also my English is better day by day. By doing the interesting way in my teaching, my students were active in joining my lesson, because I used many kinds of methods or techniques in my teaching . When I teach kinds of text a day before of my teaching class I open the My EC blog to get the models or ideas . I created the materials by learning from the blog of the writers. And by reading some one blog, I will  have an inspiration to write some thing . I tried to make my students understand my topic easily. They are happy and  fell enjoyable to join me in the classroom. By learning the articles in this blog I have many ideas in speaking. After  taking the words in the next class activity, I asked my student to remind the words relax, and after that I asked them to make  sentences by that words. They do actively. Now on my classroom is life and joining me happily. This my experience in learning and teaching English  through blog

       Indonesian Government is trying  to develop the quality of education by many ways. One of those ways is by creating   some schools as school which have better standard in quality . it's called International school base or RSBI. These school models have been found in every province or regency in Indonesia. SMP N 2 Gunung Talang in my area ( Solok, West Sumatra) is one of the school that is pointed by educational  Department as RSBI school. In getting this  chance is not easy. The school society ( Principal, teachers, students and parents have done the hard work to create this school to be RSBI. One of the way is making English society. All teachers and students must use English as a second language in exploring the material of the lesson in front of the class. For teachers who teach English subject in the class room will not be difficult, what's about for other subjects, such as: math, science ? Wow... the school face a problem because they cannot speak English well and of course they cannot explain the lesson by using English in the classroom. To solve this problem, we must force the school members to learn English, We take  course after school, use English  a day in a week that is called English day, and  I create a  small canteen where we speak English in doing transaction of buying and selling some thing. We have an area which is for students and teachers speaking English . This area is called by "English Area", and we place English Canteen in here.It is interesting canteen, isn't it ?. Yea, the students who wants to buy some thing like snack, writing utensil, etc  , they must use English, and also the shopkeeper will serve buyers by using English. As a teacher I hope all of my students can speak English better day by day. To make the students are interested to visit this canteen I have some regulation like : a good buyer will get a star every month ( the star which is made of color paper ) and the most stars owner will get a beautiful prize from school. Can You imagine  that every students who visit this canteen  without mother's language but they speak English ? oh... how happy I am. I do monitor every break time  and hear they make dialogue in English. From this writing I invite all of students and teachers to  visit the English canteen and practice , try to  use English beside in other place around us  or when ever and where ever you are, because we all know practice makes perfect and don't be afraid about wrong but try to use it part by part with your friends and with your teachers.

In Indonesia, Next week the teaches will celebrate their days  the Indonesian teachers group association ( PGRI  ) all teachers will be happy and hold the formal ceremony. In celebrating the great day the teachers association have prepared  a lot of programs such as writing article competition, sport competition, visiting the unlucky teachers and also the orphan children and so forth.

As a teacher I have some problems and questions  in my mind  as follow :

1. How is our education condition to day ? ( quality )

2. Are all teachers still have good commitment in doing their jobs ?

3. is it important for us that pass the final examination by 100 % without good quality and unfair way ?

4. Do our students  have  good morality to day ?

5. Are the certification  teachers happy  with additional salary with unfair system?

6. is it good for education development if it is mixed up by political problem ?

My suggestion,   by celebrating the teachers' anniversary day,   it's better for all sections in this country  especially from education department, discuss these problems occur in our educational section.

I think we must think all the above problems, and find the solution. Here,  we must do together not part of us. Like no 1 problem, the quality of our education is not good anymore, because we must understood about quality. All regions in this country want  all schools try to make all the students who follow the final test success in that program, and this will be forced although in wrong way such as allow the students do cheating each other and the worst way the teachers help the students in answering the test items, How bad thing it is ! This problem can be caused the next 5 problems like no morality, no  good commitment by the teachers  any more, ect. And the teachers are not  happy with the additional funds that the government distribution. Why ? Because it makes jealous among the teachers , and might be frightened by the teachers who have received it. Jealous is caused no good regulation among the region. one region has strick regulation such as : a teacher must have 25 years in teaching, creative teachers and teaching with 24 periods ba week in the classroom, while other region  do  or pormote their teacher without strick regulation. A teacher can get as certification teacher  although just do their teaching in 2 years. it's not fair isn't it ?This just  only one side and still more like must teach 24 periods a week in the classroom. as far I know it will be difficult to do by the teachers and caused a big problem. So in this occasion let's discuss this and let's have  better commitments. Don't think about quantity of students but think about quality. Create the exelent students and teachers with  wisely procedure in order to have exelent quality in national and interbnational level. One more thing please find the solution for the teachers who want to develop their experience and knowledge through scholarship not only in home but also abroad.
