My sweet little Cora is getting bigger and now she smiles a lot and seems to be a happy baby. It is nice to see her develop a personality.
1. I don't work there any longer.
2. I no longer work there.
But we do not say I don't work there longer.

If a person is over something else, the meaning is different. It is like you get very involved in something and decide you don't want to do it anymore.
So I can say the following. Our relationship is over or I can say I am over him/her.
However if you are talking about being over something I can help you. When we say we are over something it means we no longer want to deal with it, pay attention to it, put effort toward it, have anything to do with it, spend any time doing it, etc. These expressions all mean the same thing in general. We are finished with something.
For example, a man loves a woman but he finds she is too difficult to be in a relationship with her. He says, "I'm over that relationship." He no longer wants to be in a relationship with her. It is not worth the effort.
Or maybe someone makes you angry because they insult you. And you continue to be angry at them. But eventually you decide it is not important to be angry any longer. You can say to that person, " I'm not angry anymore. I'm over that."
Let's say your friend develops a joy for riding motorcycles. But one day he has an accident. He sells the motorcycle and you realize that he is over riding motorcycles.
Hope this helps.
