It is thought that the citizens tend to prefer living alone or in small family units to living in a big family. From my perspectives, the trend is equally positive and negative.
In the advantage aspects, it is affordable in housing prices and is no restrictions for decorating or selecting the furniture in the house. Much argument along member’s family such as parents, relatives, children in the large family is caused by the arrangement in the house, because of the different opinions and the gap of two generations. The most benefit as living alone or in small family units is no control by the others on their lifestyle. For example, people are able to have their own timetable, habits, hobbies, relationship… without the members complaining their way of living.
On the other hand, the trend had affected the housing stock because the single livers need more houses than living in a large family, which is harmful to forests. For example, the forests are destroyed so that the constructions gain more and more spaces to build the new houses or apartment blocks. Besides, the benefits of living in a large family such as helping to do the housework, sharing the expenses, social communication, and learning from together will be lost as living alone. It will be no one side by side them to help or support if they living alone must face difficult problems.
In conclusion, the significant advantages and disadvantages of both ways living are equal. I believe that people should depend on social and financial reasons to choose their style of living.

It is expected that there will be a higher proportion of older people than that of young people in many countries in the future? Do you think it is a positive or negative development?

It is predicted that in many countries the percentage of the elderly population will be higher than the proportion of the young generation. While this will create some problems, I believe that it is on balance a positive development.
In the advantages aspects, the senior people are the good mentors, and the proficient managers, workers in the companies as well as government system to build a better country. Because the old took much time to sharpen skills and gain much more knowledge, experiences in their practical field in their youth, which created the best vision for them to lead the young generation or their nation to the accurate and prosperous development. For example, Vladimir Putin – the current Russia president is over 65 years old who is the most successful leader in the present world, his intelligent and effective strategy had made a great Russia.
On the other hand, the rapid development of the information technology demands people learn the new technology, however, the old generation‘s learning speed is slower than the young people. The manufacturing will be delayed or inefficient if the senior worker is unable to use or apply modern equipment. Besides, the government must spend much more money on health care systems on looking after the elderly who is the most vulnerable victims by the disease. For example, in COVID-19 pandemic, the Italia is the old population were experienced the highest proportion of death.
In conclusion, although health care for the elderly is a problem, there are positive aspects of this trend. From my perspective, the old generation will be the best support for the young to continue to develop their country.

The diagram explains the process of an automatic irrigation and heat lamp system to care for a plant and what they combine.

Overall, the system is composed of four essential sections and other subparts to perform two functions.

According to the diagram, the most important unit was a microprocessor (Arduino) which played as a brain in the system and accompanied by a receptor was the temperature sensor (DHT11). Besides, it was also crucial parts in the system as the irrigation system and heat light which protected directly the plant from the transformation of temperature.

The standard temperature was set in a range of 30 to 31 degrees. If DHT11 detected the environment temperature was hotter than 31 degrees, the system would be in response to the changing by activating the irrigation system to reduce the degree of heat until the temp was as low as the standard then stopped watering the plant. On the other hand, the lower temperature than 30 degrees activated the heat lamp to increase tempt inside the greenhouse until it was equal to the normal.

the healthy children lifestyle

Many children these days have an unhealthy lifestyle. Both schools and parents are responsible for solving this problem.

To what extent do you agree with this statement?

Nowadays, it is thought that the young generation finds very difficult in having a healthy lifestyle such as healthy eating, physical activities, weight management, and stress management, which are in charge of by the schools and parents. I definitely agree with this statement.

The substantial factor affecting the children's lifestyle comes from the way their parent living every day. Because the kids are too young to disgust their daily habits whether healthy or not, mothers and fathers are a belief, play a role model and have the closest relationship with them so that the children based on parents' good or bad style of living to imitate. In fact, parent’s negative manners affecting the health are more repetitive that lead to being unhealthy manners for the kids. For example, if the parents want to create healthy eating for the kids, the initial changing from their habits of eating such as consume healthier food and also reduce buying the snack and low nutritious food.

Another factor from the schools due to the student spend entire time staying at school, where they will be aware of the theories to consider the way of living whether good or bad for health. Moreover, the teachers will guide them to practice or adjust their behaviour to reach healthy lifestyle standards. Last but not least, the young generation is responsible for themselves, it forces them to develop and maintain good manners every day and change immediately if their behaviours infringe healthy living standards.

In conclusion,  we can not deny a healthy lifestyle is not little affecting on the future of the young generation that indicates schools and the parents must be much more responsible for the children's lifestyle, especially the parents.

HOW I LEARN NEW VOCABULARY

Hello everybody,

Today, I usually use this way to learn new vocabulary, so I am going to share it with you.

I know my method which has mistakes. If you have a better way to learn vocabulary, please comment below.

But if you like this way, let's share your story!

My method has three steps:

Step 1:

- I looked up the new words on Cambridge dictionary ( note: I used English in Dictionary by Engish to English)

Step 2:

- I wrote all the meanings of new words accompanied by their examples in a notebook which is written only vocabularies.

For instance: My new word is SEVERE (adj)

+ Meaning: - Causing very great pain, difficulty, worry, damage,...

                                  - Extreme or very difficult.

+Example:  - In parts of Africa there is a severe food shortage. ( I highlighted this new word in the sentence)

Step 3:

- I used my imagination to make a story that included as many new words as possible.

Below is my imagination story: My story was about Lisa. She was being a teacher at UNICEF.

The story of Lisa - PART 1

In 2010, Lisa launched an education project in Africa where she went to Shiba country which was threatened by civil war and severe weather. Fortunately, the Shiba government had signed the peace treaty that has article 5 said ensuring protect and support all of the education projects from UNICEF throughout the civil war

In 2011, Lisa and a group of teachers had an expedition to Mia village where was the remote village in the west of Shiba country for support and teaching the children. On the first day, Lisa and the teachers had a meeting with the sachem who in charge of the Mia village and his name is Suaba - Mr.Suaba. The relationship between Lisa and Mr.Suaba was firmly fastened after she had told about her project that integrated learning English with how to protect and improve the environment. The meeting was finished by a promise from Lisa that she and the teachers would guarantee to delicate her attempts to do the best for the villagers. Therefore, everyone overestimated her education project.

Memories play an essential role in our life. These are lessons, feelings, accidents in many fields as a sport, study, daily life.

Memories make you happy or sad when you remember them.

I have never forgotten a football match in high school. The best memory I will keep in my whole life that taught me never to give up. The greatest enemy is yourself. We must be better and better every day. Below is my story:

In June 2014,

I was a defender in my high school's soccer team. That year, we had a crucial competition which included all of the football teams in my city. My team took one year for preparation about tactics, physical strength, football skills. Every week, the friendly match with the other high schools is a chance for us to gain more and more experience. At that time, The X-TEAM was the best team who won us 5-0, 6-0 in 2 times at two friendly matches. We were aware of them!

When the competition began, we were excellent at reaching the semi-final match. We played that match at our city's stadium that was my dream. The opponent in that match was the X-TEAM. Before the day we played, we prepared carefully and were quite nervous.

At 10:00 a.m, the game began under unbroken sunshine. I took the first step onto the field that the grass was soft. The referee allows the game to begin. In the first 15 minutes, the X-TEAM side had that possession that is difficult in taking the ball from them. In the 18th minute, Their striker had the ball at the midfield. Then he ran too close to the penalty area and scored the first goal after shooting the ball on the corner of the net. We were depressed at that time. Then, the first half was over.

In the second half, our coach on the pitch always shouted:" Never give up, boys!", we believe in ourselves. Their team began to underestimate us because all the two friendly matches they always won with big scores. I played as a defender on the left field. My responsibility was to focus against their attacker. I remembered ten times that I prevented their attempts to score in the second half. In the 70th minute, our striker scored the goal after heading the ball to the net. We seemed alive again, so the game was more exciting. The X-TEAM coach was so surprised about us as I could see his worrying face. Unfortunately, in the 88th minute, after attempts of the X-TEAM, they had finally scored to win the game in a similar way we had scored the second goal by heading the ball. Finally, the match which made us so exhausted is over. Although we lost the game, we had won ourselves. We hadn't been scared and never gave up. The X-TEAM would respect us after this game.

That is my memory I have never forgotten in my life, which taught me many things. So I have experience in my development.

MY TRAVELLING STORY IN BANGKOK- PART ONE

Hello everyone, I want to share my story about my experience of the first time travelling abroad.

On 25th July 2019,

That was the first time, I travelled abroad by myself. I was so excited about this first trip. The first day I came, I spent a day visiting some pagodas, the Royal Palace, and temples.

My story began, when I went from the subway to find a way of catching the bus to the Royal Palace. Suddenly, A tuk-tuk driver saw me, I thought he realized from my appearance that was a tourist.

Then, He followed me to ask for a trip by tuk-tuk, he showed me a map and inquired: " Where are you going?"

I replied: " I want to go to the Royal Palace."

He said: " ok, I will take you to the harbour for catching the boat to the Royal Palace!" and pointed at the symbol of the harbour on the map. "It is just 10 baths" - he said.

In some minutes, I agreed with him and get into the tuk-tuk. Because I had heard about the transports on the river and the tuk-tuk, I wanted to try it.

The tuk-tuk ran so fast, while I was looking at google maps, I immediately knew it ran to another place on the map. The tuk-tuk stopped at an awful harbour, which didn't exist on the map.

The driver said-:" We had come!", then he took me to the table which was a woman sitting there and two bodyguards stood behind hers. It was so a bad situation.

I thought: " I was cheated by the driver", I sit in the chair in front of the woman.

The woman asked me:" Where are you going?" man", I answered:" The Royal Palace", she told:" We will take you to go around the river before we come to the Royal Palace. It is 2500 baht!"

I was very shocked by that price. She saw my emotion on the face and said:" How much do you want?" I answered it:" I don't know but, you have any the price of public transport?"

She was quite angry said:" No! We don't have!" I said:" oh sorry! thank you!". I stood up and move quickly outside.

I found the way to the harbour on Google Maps, then, I came to the correct place, which is near the gangster's harbour. The price was only 15 baht to the Royal Palace.

My first lesson in Bangkok was didn't trust the tuk-tuk driver and sometimes you must believe in the google map.

Thanks for reading my post!
