Again, I make a taxi booking , I always come 2 hours before, my flight is 9.20am. 

When I walk out side , the taxi is just coming in the same time, then driving me to the airport.

and then fly to the sky...

after flying in 1 hour 10 minutes, then touch down Jakarta Airport

I think, there's a famous music group in the same flight with me, but I don't know the name.

Because, the air stewardess take a picture with them before the go out the plane..  ^_^

then... have a nice weekend !

Lunch at "Warung Tekko"

(Warung is like traditional restaurant, Tekko is javanese word mean "Coming" )

with the famous cuisines "Iga Penyet"

it's a fried smashed ribs with chilli sauce.

After take my lunch "Soto Betawi"   (There are so many kind of Soto in Indonesia)

It made of beef or beef offal, cooked in a whitish cow milk or coconut milk broth, with fried potato and tomato.

then go to Jakarta airport and waiting... 

before fly back to Singapore...

I wake up early in the morning, to catch my flight 7.10am. The Taxi driver send me sms that he will come 10 minutes late. I replied him that's ok, meanwhile I take a bath. Make a taxi booking in advance is really helpful.

Of course, there's additional charge for the advance booking service, but it's more convenience than stopping taxi on the street.

"Sir, I'm already in the lobby" , a sms text from taxi driver. After take my warm apple tea , grab my back pack then lock the door.

"Changi airport terminal 2, please" , "I'm sorry sir for the lateness" , "It's ok, I've check-on online, no need to hurry"

It take two hours flight from Singapore to Bangkok. I can sleep very well, and wake up just in time when the stewardess ask "sausage with mashed potatoes" or "chicken rice" .

8.35am landing at Suvarnabhumi Airport. After queued in the immigration line, then I look for a taxi service to take me to the hotel.

The similar thing between Bangkok and Jakarta is the traffic jam. I felt so sleepy, so I sleep again on the way to the hotel.

It take around 2 hours from the airport to the hotel in the traffic jam.

I check-in earlier before the normal time, but the receptionist very welcome and ask me to wait for 10 minutes, while they check the room.

Then, I take a rest for a while, eat the complimentary chocolate while waiting the lunch time.

There's a thailand cuisine restaurant near the hotel.

It's very delicious food . (for me only two type of food : delicious and very delicious) 

I can't remember the name, but I remember the place :D

Good Morning Bangkok

I must fly back to Singapore, after short trip in Bangkok. I wish I can come back again very soon.

I'm sure this a very little souvenir from Bangkok is not enough, hopefully you can enjoy it.

It was 11.15 AM in the morning, when I visited my customer to do problem solving in their system.

Out of the blue, my mobile phone rang with the +65 prefix calling number...

"hmm, it's Singapore number ?"  Then I moved to a corner of the room, to pick it up.

Caller : "Hallo, this is Ardian ?" 

me     : "Yes, How's speaking, please ?" 

Caller : I'm Pradeep from Singapore. Is it a good time to talk for you ?

me    : "Oh yes, Pradeep. Go Ahead"

Caller : "We have a job opening for you as consultant. Do you want to be relocated to Singapore ?" 

me    : "Oh yes, I'd love to" 

Caller : "Can we do a phone interview tomorrow morning at 10.00 SG time ?"

me    : "Of course, it's my pleasure."

Caller : "Ok then Ardian, see you tomorrow"

It was my first day worked in Singapore, When the journey has begun...

Singapore, 13 September 2011 4.57AM

Today, I spent my time whole day in my room. I have no appetite to eat something. I have banana, crackers accompany me.

Then, I remember that still have some eggs in the refrigerator and a can of tuna spreads.

Well, cooking is one of hobby I think. So, I started to make very simple omelettes with tuna spread inside, added salt, black pepper, and dried herb.

Then served with chili sauce. It work as my appetizer. 

and with an apple tea 

It made my afternoon !
