One day , I went to the food fair . I saw Turkish Traditional ice cream . How lucky I was , I had a chance to taste ice cream from a country where was thousand miles far away from Bangkok . For sure , I didn’t hesitate to stop at Turkish ice cream .

I was very surprise with the appearance of ice cream which looked like a huge cube of rubber . It looked sticky and tough . A Turkish seller dig ice cream with a long handle spade .

When my sister put her hand in front of the Turkish seller who handed her ice cream , ice cream was in her hand already but suddenly it disappeared from her hand and there was a surprise on her face what happened to her ice cream .

A Turkish seller played a trick on her . The way I describe the trick is not clear but to watch the trick on this video can make you fascinated with Turkish Traditional ice cream .

My sister shared me her ice cream . Oh ! It was very sticky and sweet : )
