  • Hello Swaleheen,

For me, English is really important not only because it is needed to my future job, but because I really enjoying learning English..This language has a charm that magnetize me to keep closer to it and learn it in every way I know possible..So my friend, I'd like also to share what I've written to other blog here in EC how important English for me not only in speaking it but on the whole aspect of it.

I can enumerate hundreds of reason why I am learning English but I just write a few that for me are the most significant...pls bear w/ me for it's a long list..

    1. To enjoy reading writing materials like novel without constantly referring to my dictionary every time I find difficult words

    2. To not always saying "ah come again, pardon please" cause I can't comprehend the question of whom I talking to

    3. To narrate my stories in my blog and in my comments with lesser error

    4. To compose beautiful poems, write essays with conviction

    5. To communicate myself better in English as what I really am when I'm talking in my own language because sometimes I can't convey my true feelings and thoughts because of the language barrier

    6. Got to be fluent because I want to be a call center agent someday ( that's really my reason)

    7. To be not a "laughing stock" in anywhere (like in school classmates are apt to laugh to someone who don't know how to speak English)

    8. Don't want to stuck in my poor grammar

    9. It is something that I can be proud of because to be fluent in English is not really easy, right?

    10. It boost your morale because you know when you speak English fluently, it also boost your self-confidence.
