How many Flowers?

We have some flowers in our garden.

When we count them 1 by 1, there 1 will be 1.

When we count them 2 by 2, there 1 will be 1.

When we count them 3 by 3, there 1 will be 1.

When we count them 4 by 4, there 1 will be 1.

When we count them 5 by 5, there will be 1.

When we count them 6 by 6, there 1 will be 1.

But…

When we count them 7 by 7, there won’t be anything.

How many are our flowers, at least?

    • Ahmed!!!

      Excellent!!

      Well done!

      Very good…

You are so smart, one of the smartest…

      Thank you for your time.

You made me very happy by your compelet explanations.

Now, all of those 300 flowers are yours.

    • You are welcome, Ahmed.

Yes, you are right. We have 301 flowers. But you are 2 who have answered this puzzle. The first flower is for the other person who has answered it.

Your way of solving this puzzle is such a good and complete way that there is no need for any other method.

      Let me thank you again.

  • UMMMMMM

    Maybe 120

because 120 is dividable to all those numbers from 1-6 but 7 .

    • 120!!

      Darius?!

Why are you changing the puzzle?!!

If we want to have nothing for 1,2,3,4,5,6 and only 1 for counting 7 by 7, yes you are right. But please read it again.

      Your deduction is right exactly.

      Please try again.
