      About your question:

      No, it doesn't need. They are the first letters of each words, but about other letters it needs to be found a reasonable word and their places can be changed.

      More is an adjective or noun, plesase search for a preposition.

      That's right exactly except 16.

      Now, please try to put the letters in the bold cells beside each other to see the mystery.

      Each part has one word.

      A clue:

      The word in the first part has 3 letters. The rule is the same in other parts too.

      14, 15, 16 are a separately sentece.
