A positive mind anticipates happiness, joy, health and a successful outcome of every situation and action, it is a mental attitude that expects good and favorable results, positive thinking is contagious, if you share opinions with people who are relax and friendly and happy, also you can get their enthusiasm.
Positive thinking give benefits for your health reduce stress, prevents depression, you resist to the common cold, and keep your mind healthy too. There are some only consequences of positive thinking. Be happy!!!

yeas sethumenon you are greate to discusse like this topic, but the proplem is the programming of your thoughts and mentality shaped since you were a child. becusethe specalists say that almost your principles and values shaped during first seven year of the child. my question is if sombody has upbrought in miserable condition or poverty, can he be optimistic or cheerfull?
