One could say that the Declaration of Human Rights was made in 1948 after two world wars to "end all wars and conflicts" because what it seeks to install is respect and peace. It was adopted and proclaimed by General Assembly resolution 217 A (III) of 10 December 1948.
The idea of human rights was not new in 1948. The Cyrus cylinder from 539 BC is considered to be the first document of human rights, created following the Persian conquest of Babylon. In 1215 came Magna Charta (the Great Charter of Freedoms) which was an attempt of the Barons of England to limit the kings powers by law and protect their privileges. And so it goes on with the United States Declaration of Independence of 1776, and Bill of Rights in 1791 and the Geneva Conventions in 1864.

you know the most important part is that people loves their right and will get angry,sad and glommy is just some one try not let them enjoy their freedom,i know we have many right but have you ever thinks that people distroy our wishes ,they robe them easily and make us sad and crasy to death,this is wat i trying to say (we just not beleive that even us robe their wishes,happieness ,right and so on....not make the story long i want to save my right not let any one touch it even for a minute ,yeah no One.\

yes we loose this and we are fighting for the thing that we have to have it and it is our basic rights that god gives us without making differences ,
awareness is not enough dear bro and we have to really achieve them , and if it needs fight and shout more and more we have to do it , there is no other choice ,
P.S there are lots of differences among people in the world , some are living in very good situation and their right are protected and some even don't give vote and say their opeinion in a peaceful state .

i almost agree with you cause i see that in development countries there are some guaranties of Human rights and they are really protected by law , i don't know why in poor country human rights are not in good situation , maybe it is because of low knowledge and maybe the bad level of people's education , whatever it is , it makes people have a harmful life and this is the point , hope to see the all world in peace and human rights are protected everywhere

yes , our rights exist with us from childhood and we have them without any laws but in this world we have to talk about it and remind it to people who just want to take away our rights .
So it seems that we have to gain them one more time in our life and although they are with us every time .
