Let's DISCUSS: REDUCED ENGLISH

Hi and good morning.

Let's discuss the problem of reducing English as a language. i want to illustrate what I mean:

Are you "FOR" or "AGAINST" such actions in any language? To my mind, when people try to make something easy and short somehow characterize them as lazy, not attentive and again lazy people. Personally I don't like when someone asks me using these reduced words and I usually ignore such messages as "HAI, H R U?" :)

And what is your opinion?:) Thanks.

    •  Giorgi, what for? The question was another one. The question was "Are you FOR or AGAINST such things in English?"

    • O.K.

excuse me for off topic. :)

    • Gio, that's ok. We are here to exchange our opinions about the topic. "Hugs and kisses" could be Y!Y! and other people would ask WHY :) but no answer :)

    • Personally I'm against it. We are falling down to the lowest stair of our needs - psysiological needs and desires - and that's all. Language, chats, intentions, thoughts, feelings - all are falling down and I want to raise it up but I don't know how. Do you know?

  •  I don't know :)

  • Why the meaning of "xoxo" is hugs and kisses?
