I like this "In the Name of Allah" so and I always add it to all of my writings.

But unfortunately I don't know whose art it is.

This is "In The Name of AllAH" in English:

  Do you notice how much it can be meaningful? I mean your ALLAH calligraphy!
  Let me say what I get by looking at it!
  First about H : H is truly in the last location of the ALLAH world, but in this way that you wrote we can see it as first letter too.
  We can say H letter refers separately to (He) God and such we say in Arabic Hova هو
  
  H is at the first and either at the end as our real believe refering to Allah.
  And then nice arranged A,L:
  A refers to God’s adjectives
  We say Allaho Akbarالله اكبر
  Arhamo rahemin ارحم الراحمين
  Ahkam alhakeminاحكم الحاكمين
  Asmao sameinاسمع السامعين
  Ashfao shafeinاشفع الشافعين
  Ahsano alkhaleghinاحسن الخالقين
  ………….AND we can consider L refers to matchlessness and oneness of God such as we say in Arabic
  La elaha ..لا اله الا الله
  La hola vala…لاحول ولا قوه الا
  La... لايخلق الخلق الا هو
  لايعلم الغيب الا هو.
  ......
  
  so we reach by whole letter of ALLAH to uniqe full grand charateristics almighty God who is one single.
