This is a traditional meal in algeria we call it (couscous) some people call it (naama) some call it(aiche) some other (taam) .
it's a very great meal we make it with couscous a very small grains made with semoulina we cook it and it serve with a lovely sauce with chiken or meat and vegetables ...
Ilike this meal very well specialy with chiken whenn my mother cook it ...yummy.

Oh its yummy.
In my country there are a lot of favorite food. But specially Kacchi Biriany is one of favorite. It is made by mutton,rice,egg and other spices.
My favorite food is Hotchpoch where its local name is Khichuri. I like vegetable Hotchpoch. I can not make it. But when my mother make it I can not control my hunger.
