We Conducted a case study on a small group in our country. By conducting research we found different ideas behind it. To some respondents the reason behind their use of drugs is that they wanted to enhance their capacity of sex. Mostly respondents said that due to frustration and tension we found drugs a way to release our tensions. They were frustrated and tensed due to poverty, unsuccessful love, and anomic situation. These people have very low exposure to media and their peer groups are guiding them and introducing these ways to feel relax.As we have mentioned, Pakistan is facing different type of problems from last few years. Because of political upheavals and political instability Pakistan is facing poverty. People have no access to basic facilities. There is a situation of negative peace (a term defined by Jhon Goltung). Low class of the country is worthless in the social structure. They are socially deprived and have no awareness and education. They are tensed and frustrated and engaging in these types of activities.Different social groups can be seen in the Pakistani society on the basis of caste, class and clan. In this type of society marriage system is very complex. Families and clans are also involved in deciding suitable match for an individual. Love marriages and the court marriages are highly discouraged. Arranged and endogamy marriages are preferred in the rural Punjab. We also found that some individuals are using drugs because of their unsuccessful love. Successful love refers to the love that is transformed into a marriage union.In arranged marriage, the mate is decided by the family or clan; this can also create different type of complications between husband and wife. In our research we also found that people who are facing these types of complications are using drugs to forget their tensions.In short words our research found that majority of the people of Lakhanwal using drugs to release tension and frustration. To some people, it is used to enhance the capacity of sex. The tension and frustration can be due to poverty, unsuccessful love and anomie and people are learning about drug use from peer groups. We had limited sample and a small population so our findings are totally based on the certain population of Lakhanwal, District Gujrat, Pakistan.

In operation theaters, drugs are used to help the person endure the pain. Most people use drugs to enter a new world of their own. Thanks for sharing.
Researchers says that the main reason is if someone uses drugs and have a feeling of joy, he or she continues to use more and more and finally he or she is addicted to drugs; but some people haven't a good feeling after using drugs and they have no risk for getting addicted to drugs. And statistics show that women are less addicted than men.
