Its said that they are visible only to admins but I don't know why they always appeare on my page like this:

It's not only you who could see those questions on your page. We all are in the same boat. :) Why don't you drag them down and put them at the bottom of your page so that you won't have to see them every time you open your page, of course, unless you scroll down to see them. I hope it solves your issue! :)
