I want to know the proper usage of "Ourself" and "Ourselves"
I want to know where/when to use "Ourself" and "Ourselves" in a sentence!!

anah i knew that u r very serious type of girl. when i saw first time i was confused and was starting thinking about two words ourself and ourselves. first i thought that may be it could be for singular and plural number. but suddenly something came to my mind that i never saw ourself. so if u can find any answer kindly acknowledge me.
