Hello! First of all I would like to thank all the people that spends some of their time to keep this website updated.
Second; I want to let all members (friends or not) to see my blog, but I don't want let them too se my photos, I want to hide my photos to all members and let only my friends to see my pics. I see that in privacy is the same option for both.
Is that possible?

Yes, in your General Settings blogs and photos are covered under the same privacy. That is too bad, isn't it? I wish we could change that.
Fortunately, you can set the individual privacy of photos. When you upload a photo choose Just My Friends beneath "Who can view this?". You can edit the privacy of old photos, too.

Yeah, I know what you mean, it's kind of confusing here!
This is how I've set the privacy: Once you're in Settings/Privacy, there is the option: 'My blog, photos and videos can be viewed by...' There, I've selected 'just my friends'. So just my EC friends are allowed to see the pictures I've uploaded in my page (the 'Photos' section)
This doesn't really mean that your blogs are just seen by your friends (that's why is confusing, right?) because when you write a blog, there you can see 3 options at the bottom, before clicking on 'Publish Post': 1) 'Everyone' can comment/see your blog, 2) 'Just my friends' and 3) 'Just me'. There, I usually pick 'Everyone', so all the members here can see my (awesome!) blogs. But still, in my main page, just my friends can see my pictures :)
