Love the Mobile App

I love the mobile application for EC. I only wish I could comment from it.It is great that I can read EC emails and follow links. I also love that I can approve new friends from my iPhone.Do you love this app too?Have you learned some tricks on how to get more from it?I hope you can share with those who are new to touch screen phones.I think that the mobile app may be able to do anything the computer can. Has anyone blogged on how to use it better?

    Hi Stephen. I am replying on my iPhone 4S. Try with your phone. It is not Apple software but a separate version of the we page that is optimized for smartphones. Try it. : )
    You will love it too.

    Yes, if there were a special mobile app for EC, it would be amazing. I think what we can access until now is the mobile view through smart phones. But for now, it is enough, since apple doesn't support java. For your info, you can maximize the chat screen by clicking it.

    So let me summarize:

    1. The Mobile App for MyEC seems to do everything, if you know where to look.
    2. When you read a blog or someone's page you can click the speech bubble to comment.
    3. I hadn't touched it because it didn't look like an active part of the touch screen.
    4. I did what we should do if we can't find an answer. I asked.
    5. You can always shift back to the desktop view and zoom to magnify content.
    6. If you have any questions on how to use other features you can post here.

    This is a wonderful feature and should be tried if/when you have a smartphone.

      I started the discussion by iPhone from the desktop view. I will try the speech bible from the mobile app on some member pages. It sounds like that will solve my problem. I just didn't know how to open the box for comments. I will reply here about how it works.

      The speech bubble is at the very bottom of the screen. But like everything on mobile, you may need to use your little finger ;) Hope it helps. Good luck!

    Hi Bob. I'm leaving this comment while using a mobile phone. I can also comment on members' walls. I have not checked other things like photos etc but I think that's possible. Just touch the speech bubble at the bottom of ur screen to open the dialogue box :)

    Or have I misunderstood? Are u referring to smthg else?

      SPEECH BUBBLE is clickable!!!!!! I thought it only represented the number of comments received. I knew there had to be a better way than switching to desktop view. Thanks so much Josef. That is exactly what I was trying to learn to do.

    Totally agree with you Bob. I also wait for such mobile app to make convenient for my activities in EC. Could you give this idea to programmer for realization?
