You have 90 days - set goals for each day / week / month - realistic goals in small segments
Set aside time every day to study / practice English. It is better to study 30 to 45 minutes a day then to try and do a LONG cram session once or twice a week.
You need to use English to read, write, listen and speak each week if not each day (This depends on what your work requires - focus on the areas needed for your job).
Find an accountability partner - find someone you know who you will talk to at least once a week and make sure you are doing your studying. I found while teaching in China that students who had study partners did better - they knew their partner was going to be studying and that motivated them to NOT skip
There is no magic potion to learn a language. It takes persistence. Day by day if you apply yourself for 30 to 45 minutes, you'll improve.
There are resources online such as esl-lab.com for listening.
But if you can find someone local to partner with, you'll probably do better. Maybe someone from where you work.
Find someone to teach English. Helping a person whose English is lower than your own will actually help you learn. A child where you live?
Find someone at a higher level. This will also help you improve. This may be more difficult but maybe someone you work with? Maybe you can form an English corner where you work.
Finally, remember any use of the language will help as long as you do it persistently.
