Let it be brother, no solid evidence we can give in such a case. Corruption nowadays is an extraordinary crime in our country, but we still see this ridiculous practice happening around us, what can we do? If you want fighting against it, do it quitely and wisely. Corruptors are everywhere.
To be honest with you my friend; I haven't had a such case, but if I have it one day; I would .........Really I don't know what could I do because, our reactions born at the moment of the happening and always it be inverting to what we imagine we can do. God bless you.
Check his lifestyle. If the civil servant is living beyond his means or salary or income. Or has accumulated assets or properties. The court accepts that as evidence.

You have described the issue brilliantly but have no solution. Where is the answer to my query? :). Actually when we complaint it to higher authority. They ask us for evidence. How can the victim prove verbal demand for bribes?
