Guess My Word : It is an Author.

Hi friends,

In this game, you have to guess my word.

You can ask me questions to find the word.

Please, ask only yes / no questions and ask one question each time.

My word is an author.

Hint:
~He is not alive.
~He was an American novelist, short story writer and journalist.~He is not Ernest Hemingway (1899-1967).

    Hello Coral,

    Jack London is one of my favorite authors.

    I read one of his famous books " The Call of the Wild " but the graded readers of course.

    I have only one book of J. London "White Fang", but could not have time yet to read it.  I have read Dean Coonz novel Watcher, it was also about a dog so as White Fang.

    I do not stick to one writer, I like the one whose any single book made me stuck to go through it.

    I want to add a point. As you all saw, in spite of the Yes/No questions, but the game was over quickly somehow. One of the main reasons is that Coral firstly notified that the answer is 'the name of an author', otherwise many questions must have been asked to reach to that point !
