Ok, now really are 5 days light blue id cut out and the only thing she obtains when she trys to get in is the perpetual message the webpage is not available! The webpage at http://my.englishclub.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. She is keeping asking for an help so I ask for yours. Please tell us somenthing
Please ask her to update her Internet browser and Flash. Also please include her operating system, browser, and country. Ask her to try from another computer to see if she has the same problem. Thanks!

Hey, ok I've checked, none of them can be opened
I think both she can't enter any url no the chat neither my page nor Myec and if I remember well nor ec club but I can easily ask her and let you know. And tara thanks
